I’m usually patient and give restaurants the benefit of the doubt—but this place? Absolutely out of pocket. The service was a mess from start to finish.
Your servers were clearly in over their heads. Do you guys not usually get a full house? Because the moment it got a little busy, your whole team crumbled. No system, no communication, no clue. There was no waitlist, just vibes—and we got skipped by parties who came after us. One server told us to wait, then another let other people walk right in. Are y’all even talking to each other?
And don’t get me started on how wide those aisles must be, because apparently your staff can walk straight past guests waving them down and still act like they don’t see us. At best, they were overwhelmed. At worst, they were ignoring us—which is just plain disrespectful. Every time we flagged someone, we got the lazy “one moment” line. How many moments do you need?
One server finally admitted they “messed up earlier” and that’s why everything was backed up. Great. So we get chaos, bad vibes, and still have to pay a 12% service charge? Absolutely not. Tips should reflect the quality of service—and this was service that deserved nothing.
The food? It was fine. Curry was salty, but mixing in rice from the gambas made it palatable. Still, the service was so bad it overshadowed the food completely. Honestly, the food might’ve tasted better if we weren’t so annoyed by the whole experience.
I’m not coming back. And I wouldn’t recommend anyone else waste their time either. This place needs to tear down and rebuild their whole approach to service before they even think about charging people...
Read moreFood was really bad, and prices were very expensive. First, for the drinks, the milkshake was terrible, it tasted way too sweet and very artificial. Next, I regretted getting their signature dish-beachin shrimp. It had a very weird taste, and the soup seemed to be very diluted as well. There was no spicy taste unlike what was mentioned in the description. The choice of pasta in the soupy concoction was also a poor one, it simply did not go well. The coconut shrimp was essentially tasteless and on the dry side.
Service is generally alright, though they did forget one of orders and only served it after we reminded them. The restaurant also gets quite crowded during peak hours. When we went on a weekend evening, it was full house. Overall, I'll not be returning as the food was really quite terrible for me considering the high...
Read moreBeachin' Shrimp with Linguini Fin This is their signature dish. It includes noodles, nine shrimp and bread. However, the soup was oily and lacked strong flavor. It doesn’t meet our expectations and we didn’t even finish the soup.
Chicken Kelanguen We were surprised it was served cold! It was very salty and didn’t have any coconut flavor.
Shrimp Roll The shrimp were delicious and the portion was generous. The sandwich was crispy, which was a nice touch. However, they dip the shrimps in lemon juice. We expect the shrimp go with salty butter taste not sour. Also the sweet potato fries were too soft; they needed to be crispier and a bit saltier.
My favorite dish was the strawberry banana smoothie. The staff were very friendly, and our food...
