Kento's (Hyatt Regency Hotel) — Restaurant in Tamuning Municipality

Please avoid the Operations Manager, Linda Lim (google "Linda Lim Guam"), if you want to have an enjoyable experience! This lady was a nightmare!!! She was very unprofessional and discourteous with my wife and I over something as simple as a misunderstanding. We arrived, and after just minutes into our first drink, she was scolding my wife about having a drink on the dance floor. Initially, my wife was approached by Ms. Lim and my wife thought she said no vaping in the club. My wife was already aware of this, but decided to put her device inside her purse so not to cause concern. Then a few minutes later she was back, screaming at my wife(and not because the music was too loud). I was confused as to why she was yelling at my wife and being very disrespectful and angry so I asked her to please relax and explain what the problem was. She then said she will call the police on us and to get out! That escalated quickly.lol It was a super strange situation! All this after only minutes from entering the first place/first drink of the night for two busy parents who don't get out much. Needless to say, we asked to speak to her supervisor and she stated she is the manager. Nice.lol Then we asked to speak to the owner if available, she stated she is the owner. smh.lol After that, we just decided from her yelling and physically pushing us out, that this was embarrassing enough for us, and to give up and go. To top it off, she wanted us to pay for our unfinished drinks on the way out. I refused to pay because of the terrible service and we left, not before making a complaint to the hotel front desk. This nite club is a good club to go dancing. It has live band entertainment and DJ. The club is also a good place to have different events such as a medical / political fundraiser, baby / bridal/ shower, bachelor/ birthday and graduation party. The one thing I like about this club is its located right outside the hotel, also the bar area is elevated and has its own section of chairs/ tables and sitting booths. The lower section has the dance floor, stage and sitting area of tables/ chairs with a mini restaurant to order lite snacks. Of course this place may also be good for ...

They don't draw much of a crowd and apparently if you are you in shorts and look like u just came off the beach it's appropriate attire. Not sure how since they are trying to be a higher end dance club. They do not have water on a tap, so they say so your only option is a small bottle for $5.00. the Latin band was pretty good otherwise...
