Arby's — Restaurant in Tarpon Springs

If I could give zero stars I would. My roommate and I went inside because we were both ordering. The curly hair guy at the register never spoke and never smiled. I told him I wanted a Reuben meal. He said classic and I said yes because it is on the classic menu. Then he goes about putting together other orders and left my roommate standing there, never asking her for her order. He also never asked if I wanted my receipt. He gives out food to some other people, hands me my order THEN takes my roommate order. We leave and when I get home I discover he gave me a plain roast beef sandwich. I went there specifically for the Reuben sandwich, I know that is what I ordered. So now I drive back up there and put the bag on the counter. He walks by a few times, I know he sees me. After a few minutes he finally walks over and just looks at me. Doesn't ask if there is something wrong, no he just stares at me. I tell him that is not what I ordered so he yells to the guy in the back to make a Reuben. Then he starts going through the orders on the screen. He actually says under his breath while walking passed me that there were no Reuben orders. Excellent, immaculate, friendly Arby's location. Conveniently located directly on the southbound side of US 19 in Tarpon Springs. This Arby's is a little more difficult to access if traveling northbound on US 19 (Most likely a U-turn will be necessary). I have visited this location several times, utilizing the drive thru service window during the pandemic. On the most recent visit, my partner and I enjoyed our lunch in the dining room. The dining room and service counter area were completely clean and well maintained. The staff associates taking our order were so very nice and polite to both of us, as well as all the customers. We both ordered our favorite Arby's meal, the Beef and Cheddar! Delicious! It was served fresh and hot! We both also enjoyed the curly fries and soda beverage. The service was quick and efficient. This Arby's location is updated and features the new interior and exterior design and features. There is plenty of parking if dining inside and an efficient drive thru window for easy take out. We had stopped to grab a sandwich on our way home. We hadn't eaten anything since that morning. It was just before dark yesterday, Mother's Day, and my boyfriend and I were starved. We went through the drive through and ate it in the parking lot. With in a half hour I started getting pains in my stomach. We went and layer down and in a couple hours running for the bathroom. Without being graphic, I spent the rest of the night sitting on the toilet and vomiting in a waste basket. Thank goodness we have 2 bathrooms! We were both sick! This morning I called to speak with the manager who was very defensive and dismissive. She said everything was made fresh and it was handled appropriately by employees. I said well something was wrong because we both got sick! She said well I will make a note of it and see if anyone else gets sick and calls her. She never even asked for my name or anything, so how could it be properly noted and documented. How do I know anyone else didn't call and she dismissed them the same way?
