I have visited this cafe a few times already, but never actually reviewed it. Overall, I believe, this cafe is wonderful. It has all the sweets and foods I would want in a cafe. I like the little European touches to the food as well. Here is what I ordered: Buffalo and avocado sandwich Copen Dog Raspberry Bar Vanilla Cookies The buffalo and avocado sandwich was good. I think the bread they used was perfect. Beautifully toasted and had that crunch and doughy texture which made my mouth water. The ingredients in between the bread were a bit bland, but you could taste the spice of the buffalo seasoning. You don't taste it much, but it's there. I'd add just a little mustard in there as well, in my opinion. The copen dog was good as well, but I ordered it with only one condiment, the relish, which made the dog good, but not great. The relish was really good, but next time I'd also like to add either the honey or dijon mustard. I'm a mustard fan, guys. The raspberry bar was delicious! Warning: the bar starts to get's messy after about half way through. The vanilla cookies were okay. I think they were average to me, but I can see how these would pair well with their coffee drinks.

Wanting a nice and delicious lunch I stumbled into Copenhagen Cafe in hopes for this. I ordered the Buffalo chicken avocado sandwich and was greatly disappointed. They used lunch meat, tasting like it came from the Walmart deli. There was no buffalo flavor, the cheese had an off putting taste and there was, maybe, two pieces of spinach on the entire sandwich. The raspberry turnover I ordered tasted stale and cheep. Not good for 7 dollars. I tried the danish hotdog, they did well with that. The customer service was not good. Coming up to order I felt unwelcome and when I tried asking questions I felt as if I was bothering the cashier. My table asked for napkins several times and never received any. I truly regret spending 30 dollars on 3 item. Overpriced for cheep flavorless food and rude employees.

We stopped in here for some drinks and a gelato for my niece. After ordering, the girl that rang in our order brought my niece out her gelato. We sat there and waited for our drinks and the never came out. The two girls working behind the counter we continuously working making food and taking orders while a third employee sat in the restaurant on his phone. After almost 30 minutes I went up to the counter and inquired about our drinks and the one girl said she never got the order and the other girl, who rang our order, wasn’t sure what happened, but they both apologized. I was waiting at the counter while they made our drinks. At this time the third employee went behind the counter and asked if I needed something. I said “no, I’m just waiting on our drinks”. He then said to me that I could sit and they’d bring the drinks out to me. I said I had already sat for 30 minutes and needed to get the drinks as I needed to leave now. He got nasty with me and yelled at me to not lean on the glass. I was leaning on the display case, but was on the metal frame, not the glass. Anyway, he could have been nicer about it. Anyway, the drinks were OK (nothing special). I would recommend the gelato, but otherwise, the service and drinks left a bad taste in my mouth. I understand mistakes happen, but rudeness from the male employee was completely...

What a drastic change of value down the street from other cafes in Tarpon! Walked in here with a lot of questions about what matcha they use, and was happyly pleased with the matcha that they use as well as the selection of drinks. Customer service was 100% incredible, very informative and they didn't make me feel like I was rushed, definitely a great place if you want to be informed about what your drinking! He even showed me where they got their energy syrups from, which I really appreciated. Love the vibe in here, fantastic furniture very modern, pastel and pretty inside, I would definitely love to see more art on the walls, maybe some more abstract pieces throughout and a more organized game section! A good music selection would do this place justice with a better ambiance. But otherwise the service and the product were amazing and I would highly recommend everybody comes here for not only their drink needs, but lunch, crepe and dinner it needs! They have a vast menu with food that sounds amazing. Can't say that it is because I haven't tried it but I can only imagine if the drinks were this good that the food must be too! Jayden and Kayelyn were so kind, definitely great employees who care about...
