Worst customer service Iāve experienced in years. Many orders messed up in the hour I was there because of lack of communication and lack of respect for their paying customers. My smoothies sat there and melted because they ādidnāt call out names for online ordersā nor did the sandwiches get to me because it wasnāt prioritized although I paid ahead. By the time I got the sandwich it was 20 min past the expected time and one of the sandwiches was wrong. Hey at least got a side of sweet potatoes though, right? Beyond disappointed with this location and will take my business elsewhere and shame on them for treating people like trash when you literally get paid to make peopleās day...

I stopped in two Sundays ago and stood there for ten minutes while all the employees ignored me as I stood at the register. There was about 5 people inside dining and it wasn't busy. The staff seemed more concerned with workplace gossip and social media than actually working. One tall gentleman ignored me at the register and told the other employees "he's going on break". Poor customer service and management will doom this location unfortunately. I won't be back, don't be inconvenienced as I was. $13 for a smoothie and wrap can buy you a lot...

I just had my husband stop to get me one and it looks and taste like there is no aƧaĆ in it. I was told to either bring it back today. But I live 20 minutes away so Iām not going back there. So I have to waste my time and gas to bring it back tomorrow and make sure I bring the smoothie back tomorrow too.
