Laid-Back, Delicious, and Perfect for Everyone
Cornerhouse Grille is one of those places that just feels right—great food, welcoming staff, and a super relaxed, down-to-earth vibe. Whether you’re coming in with family, friends, or just looking for a casual solo meal after a long day outdoors, this spot always delivers.
The menu has something for everyone—burgers, wraps, wings, salads—and everything we’ve tried has been fresh and flavorful. The buffalo chicken wrap and loaded tots are favorites in our group, and the portions are generous without being over the top.
What really stands out is the service. The staff is consistently friendly and attentive, even when it gets busy. It feels like a true locals’ hangout, but visitors are treated just as warmly. It’s the kind of place where you feel like you belong, even if it’s your first time.
It’s not flashy or fancy—it’s just good. Solid food, great people, and an unpretentious atmosphere that keeps you coming back. Five stars,...
Read moreOkay I just read a previous review from a day ago and I'm happy to know it wasn't just me. We were in town for a board meeting and had inquired about the best place in town for a burger. Corner House it was. This was Saturday. Our party of four walked in the door, the bartender, hostess said nothing. Didn't acknowledge our presence. First time there so we weren't sure if we sat ourselves. One of the men in our party finally asked how ordering worked. Reply: you order at the counter. What has happened to "welcome", "can I help you". etc. I mean you're in the service industry! She was also the one who delivered the food to our table. NOT a word! Not "can I get you anything else", "let me know if you need anything". If you hate your job, get out. What you don't realize is your lackadaisical attitude is hurting your employer and your co-workers. The food was decent. Unfortunately the service was such that your restaurant will not get a...
Read moreWent here for dinner. I ordered a beer at the bar. While we were still looking at the menu I pulled my mask down to take a sip of beer. Bartender asked me if I could put my mask back on. I immediately did. I told her I thought it was ok to pull the mask down if I was eating or drinking. The bartender exploded on me, poured my beer in a paper cup and told us we were done. I was wearing my mask. Like I said I pulled it up as soon as she asked me. So, it seemed like it had nothing to do with the mask and everything to do with her bad attitude. Real bad business. I would fire her in a heartbeat if it was my business. The place was empty. If there are people clamoring to get in you can afford to have that kind of attitude. But if you are empty your bartender should be nice and polite to people. 2 stars because at least I got a free beer to go. Roll the tape back if you can boss man. This is 100% true. I would not let someone like this...
