Uno Dos Tres Tacos & Tequila — Restaurant in Telluride

Very casual Mexican restaurant with some very surprisingly outstanding tacos. We came here to get some more budget-friendly food in telluride and left wanting to come back. The food was outstanding and they were having 2-for-1 margaritas as an added bonus. The wild kindergarten Mac taco was by far the wildest tacos I’ve had and it was also delicious. The Nashville chicken was our favorite and we also loved the duck carnitas. They have a whole bar of hot sauce to choose from and I highly recommend the fools, paradise mango and ghost pepper.

Update: the tomato soup and cheese quesadilla is also delicious!

Year three or three this place is still amazing. It is also a good place to come to if you can’t find a table at some of the other restaurants in Telluride. Come here you won’t regret it. Amazing food...

Tacos truly do love everyone, and if you're anyone.. you'll love these tacos! Amazing Mexican eats hidden in Telluride. I had a burrito with birria steak, could not recommend enough. The burrito was grilled with salsa on top WITH chips, salsa verde, and mild queso cheese on the side. Average telluride prices but as usual, worth every single penny. Very much a locals spot, please respect the folk who live here in Telluride. Every single one of em seems like they have the best work ethic and deserve every ounce of respect possible. One last thing.. thier salsa folks.. they know what's up.. not only do they roast vegetables in house to then blend into their salsa but also understand the true ratio for cilantro to garlic. Uno Dos Tres Tacos & Tequila is THAT GIRL!! We are so incredibly thankful to this establishment for working with us as we held an intimate ceremony in Telluride. During the planning process we reached out and the owner called us and openly discussed all our options: private event, catering, or even simply ordering to-go, and we appreciated the transparency and respect for our budget goals. We opted for to-go and everything was prepped perfectly, allowing for an easy transition that we could send a family member to pick up the paid and tipped order. Everyone loved the tacos!!
