This yogurt shop was an absolute disaster from start to finish. My daughter received a 25% off coupon from her school, so we decided to give it a try. Big mistake. From the moment we walked in, the vibe was just off. The machines were in terrible disrepair—dispensing watery yogurt—and one even had a dirty wrench sitting on it with a filthy rag underneath. The toppings were just as bad: the popping fruit were old and shriveled, the refrigerated items were uncovered, and the gummy candies were rock hard.

But the real kicker? The price. We paid over $40 for four cups of yogurt, and that was with the discount! Without it, the total would have been $54. Absolutely infuriating. My wife and I felt completely robbed of our hard-earned money. She even considered leaving the yogurt there on the scale and walking out.

The quality was so bad neither of us could even finish our cups. Honestly, the best part of this whole experience was the drive home, laughing at how ridiculous ‘Simon’ (a joke for what we called the shop) is. How can they charge this much for such low-quality yogurt and toppings? Save yourself the money and frustration—just skip this...

Not GREAT customer service. Two people working and NOT even one said, HELLO or WELCOME. Very pricey and NOT that cold, the yogurt is already melting by the time your walking out the door(evening hours so NOT hot out). Our son wanted to try a flavor and asked for a sample cup before we left after spending over $31 on 3 yogurts and we were questioned about it by the girl working the register. Then she made us wait while she went around back and grabbed a sample cup and then walked by us and asked what flavor and filled it up. I am NOT used to yogurt places coveting sample cups especially when they just opened and ppl are seeing new flavors. We were excited to have yogurt close by but we will go to our usual spot even if it means driving further. We gave this place two opportunities and neither trip was different. after coming to this shop for the first time, i instantly fell in love with the entire environment due to one of your former employees, Kassi. She made the experience amazing yet i’ve recently heard about her termination. Disappointment is an understatement on how i am feeling at them moment, knowing my favorite employe has recently lost her job. I love to believe that I am a loyal customer towards Kassi, which is why I will be following her to her next job and never returning to Simon’s Pineapple Whip and Yogurt.
