Nothing Bundt Cakes — Restaurant in Temecula

I rarely leave reviews, but I’m genuinely disturbed by the experience I just had at Nothing Bundt Cakes in Temecula.

From the moment I walked in, the manager’s behavior was shocking. She rushed into the store, brushed past me rudely—almost knocking me aside—without so much as an acknowledgment. I let it go, but it definitely set a strange tone.

I was then helped by a sweet, respectful young cashier who kindly offered to grab me an extra box when I asked. As she went to get it, the same manager came out and reprimanded her in front of me—right there at the register. The manager did not even acknowledge my existence. She stood directly in front of me, scolding her employee for assisting me, without so much as looking in my direction—let alone saying a word to me. The poor girl looked so uncomfortable, like she might cry.

I paid and was still standing at the counter when I overheard the manager loudly talking about me from the back room—saying inappropriate things, speculating about my intentions for asking for a box, and continuing to reprimand the poor cashier who was nothing but helpful. I hadn’t even put my wallet away. It wasn’t just disrespectful—it was outright humiliating.

I came in to buy cake for my office, not to be treated like I did something wrong. I paid for everything, acted politely, and witnessed an employee being publicly shamed—only to then become the target of loud, rude gossip while still in the store. Completely...

Scrapbook Series, Part 6 This month Cathie’s scrapbook led us to “Nothing Bundt Cakes.”

They feature an assortment of cake offerings ranging from the bite sized “Bundtinis” (sold only in increments of a dozen), to “Bundtlets” (perfect for one), to “Bundt Cakes” (in varying sizes serving anywhere from 8 to 26).

Within the “that’s gotta be too good to be true” category, you might be delighted to learn that the “Chocolate Chip Cookie Bundt Cake” is prepared with gluten free ingredients! 🤯

Online ordering is available, as is delivery. There are typically 9 flavors to choose from, but not all of them are available at all times so be sure to check their current offerings.

We sampled the “Peppermint Chocolate Chip” Bundtlet because it is offered for only a limited time. We found the peppermint cake to be moist, the frosting to be delicious (but sadly, NOT guilt free), and the whole chocolate chips to be a nice surprise.

Although our visit would have been complete with “nothing bundt cakes” 😉, our beloved Cathie once again surprised us with more holiday presents. This time it was handmade treasures to place under our Christmas tree (and featured in a few of our attached pics).

We are now half way through the Scrapbook Series, but we look forward to continuing our adventures with you in ‘23!

I wish there was option to leave zero stars rating. My experience at this this shop as always is unwelcoming and the workers always have horrible customer service skills. Yesterday my friend and I went to by some bundts. We asked for red velvet and raspberry bundts. We left the intention everything was correct in our box. Once we arrived to work we found out the order was incorrect but we called to inform them . We were told they would fix our order and we laughed it off. Late in the day the manger called back to call us LIARS and inform us what we received was our order. How would I not remember what I ordered an hour ago . Besides that I later came to the shop and get my correct order after having to speak to manger multiple times on how my order was wrong. Then when speaking to her in person she was trying to deny the fact she ever call us lairs. BOTTOM LINE : DON'T EVER COME HERE. THEY HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE .
