Another complete customer service failure: There was a line at the ordering kiosks and a mob in the lobby when I arrived so I placed an order through the mobile app and chose the "Table Service" option. It asked me for my table number, which I entered. It says, "Thanks, your order is being prepared and someone will bring it to your table as soon as it's ready." Fine. Sounds great. So I wait. I see them bringing orders out to other people, and there are people waiting around order pickup, so I'm thinking they're just busy. 35 minutes later, I'm now running late, so I go to the order pickup area and spend 3 minutes trying to get someone to actually talk to me. Finally ... I get someone's attention and ask her to cancel my order because I have to go. "Oh, let me get a manager to do that for you." The manager comes over, I show her my order confirmation, she says, "Oh, it's been sitting right here. Do you still want it?" WTF?!? "Why didn't someone bring it out to the table?? And no, thanks, I definitely don't want it after it sat there for 30+ freaking minutes." "Oh, if you order through the app, you have to come pick it up. Are you sure you don't want it?" Grr. "No, but I still want my refund." She says, "Oh, I can't do that, you have to do it through the app." Fine. I'm pretty steamed by now and in a hurry, so I leave. After I get home, I look in the app and of course it says, "Sorry, if you want to request a refund, you have to do that in person at the location that processed the order." UGH. So, either she knew I was going to get screwed, or she should have. Either way, it was another total customer service failure. Of course McD's corporate has all of their contact info locked down so it's hard to complain to them. They obviously don't want to hear about it, either. So I paid for an order I didn't get and my only recourse is to dispute the charge with my credit card company because the manager says she can't refund it and the app won't let me do it, either. I'm done. Next time, I'll go to a real restaurant and get real food, maybe even with some actual...
Read moreTonight was the last time I will ever be going here. After many failures on their part (forgetting things, being rude, things not being fresh etc...) I have finally had the last straw. I know not to expect the best quality from a Fast Food place, at least the food quality, but there is a difference between this McDonalds and the one right nearby. This McDonalds ALWAYS forgets sauces, is rude in the drive through and is extremely slow service wise. Well, tonight I ordered a 10 piece nugget and two of the new onion burgers to bring home to the family. First off, it took them maybe 5-9 minutes to take the person's order that was before me, then when I pulled up it took another 5 for them to say, "Hey, please wait." After waiting for my order, another 15 minutes later (two cars ahead of me) I pulled up. The lady seemed a little rude as they always are, gave me my order and then I left. When arriving home my boyfriend pointed out he had 8 nuggets not 10! Do they think we are stupid and will not notice? On top of that one of the burgers had NONE of the onions on it.
I promptly called to complain (being polite as possible), because I paid and yes, I'm going to complain if your service sucks. The lady who picked up was actually nice and handled the situation fine. They offered to give me another 10 piece and another burger. I agreed, went back. I waited 3 minutes at the speaker, then another 10-15 for the order ahead of me to leave. After analyzing the situation, I feel like all this was a big hassle for nothing. I feel like after wasting my gas and my time there should've been more than crappy service and food. Next time, I will not be an idiot and come here again. This McDonalds is crap!!
I have worked at McDonalds for 2 years, so I know a difference between crap and good...
Read moreNow I come to this McDonaldâs location often and Iâve never had the bad service that Iâve received last night on 10/04/2024. So shortly before 10pm I go through the drive thru as usual to order some food. As soon as I get up to the 2nd window to pay I was met with a rude greeting from a young Hispanic girl working in the window. I pull up, no greeting, no smile, this broad is leaning over in the window with the snarkiest expression and asks me âyou here for order or pickup?â in the snappiest tone. So I replied Iâm here for an order and proceeded to tell her what I ordered. This little boxy young heffer wants to call herself trying to check me about some attitude. I checked her little ass back and once I did that she closes the sliding window in my face and doesnât return. Mind you, thereâs a busy line behind me as well. After a minute or so the manager comes to the window and finished serving me. As I paid and received my food I informed her about the attitude I just received from the young employee. The manager was very pleasant and understood my frustration and assured that she would talk to the girl. Iâve never received such disrespect from any other employees at this location. Everyone Iâve come across over there is either pleasant or just neutral but never rude. And Iâm definitely not one of those customers who knit pick just to knit pick or give workers a hard time cause at the end of the day I understand that theyâre humans as well who are simply just trying to make a living. But last night was unacceptable and establishments donât need that kind of bs representing their company especially to the public. Little girl definitely needs some...
