I came into this establishment yesterday whilst shopping for a valentines gift and had the least personable sales woman attempt to assist me. I wasn't set on what I wanted to get but had gave a few ideas of either ear rings or a bracelet. The woman there attempted to only show me one particular product that I did not find appealing whatsoever but insisted that it was the best deal. I then asked for types of ear rings and she again was only intent on showing me one particular product she wanted to push. I then inquired if maybe they had any diamond stud nose rings or chokers then she told me in a rude tone that maybe one of the mall kiosks had those and that they didn't sell those kinds of things there in such a pretentious tone. I did not want to deal with her anymore so I told her I was just going to look around at a few of the cases by myself. She then decided to glare at me for the few minutes I was looking from across the store. As I walked towards the exit she snatches her keys as if I was wasting her time. I didn't get her name but she was a taller older woman. Salespeople should definitely be more positive and helpful especially dealing in high end jewelry where sales can be high in monetary value.    Read moreDO NOT LEAVE YOUR JEWELERY HERE FOR A REPAIR! I left some crystals on a string to be restrung on a gold necklace that I provided. It was just before Christmas and I was told it would take longer than usual for the crystals to be restrung and my gold necklace to be sized which I anticipated. A week after the new year I hadn't heard anything so I called the store, A female associate answered and while she was on the line with me she called the jeweler, who was elsewhere. Sher told me he then told her he had broken one of the crystals! She also said he admitted he doesn't work with crystals very often! Now he tells me! I called again several days later and asked that the catches on each end of the gold chain be enlarged to better accommodate my fingers. Almost six weeks after I left my order I finally stopped by the store in desperation for an update. My order was there and it cost me $50.00! I hadn't received a phone call or a text informing me that it was ready and of course the original catches hadn't been replaced with the larger ones I had requested, necessitating another repair with another jeweler.    Read moreGot my ring resized not once but twice with their warranty, they even sized me in store and somehow its still way too big. First time it came in almost a month of the "promise date". They refused to give me warranty refund when i brought that up and said "well we dont promise it by our promise date its an estimate". Second time i was sized and it came back so big theres a gap between still. It also is completely dented and scratched and they tried to tell me it was fine when i left the store. I called less than 30 minutes after picking up the ring once i closer inspected. I also have pictures they took and emailed me in store from pick up time and its very clearly scratched and dented to all hell in their given pictures.
