Svae your money... first time going and I was looking forward to it but not sure it would live up to the hype. Unfortunately disappointed is an understatement...

Only one person ordered ahead of us and it took 45 minutes for us to get our food AFTER the people who ordered before us got theirs...they ate and left before we were even served. They were out of almosy everything from mac and cheese to root beer floats.

When we finally got our food, I took one bite and my mouth was on fire!! I ordered a mild chicken sandwich but since they ran out of mild, they just mixed what they had left with the medium sauce... didn't ask, didn't check to see if I wanted to increase or decrease the heat... did that for both of the plates we ordered. Not only that but the sandwich was cold, I was so hungry I would have overlooked that if not for the intensity of the heat...

Then because it was 30 mins til closing by the time we got our food, they couldn't remake one of the orders because they had already turned the waffle maker off. And the second sandwich they made to replace the first was served cold as well...

A waste of $50 and definitely won't be going back. Not to mention staff was rude not just to us but other customers there. The manager came to check on us before we left. She was very courteous, open to feedback, and apologized for our terrible first time experience. She said she just started a month ago so we told her we'd give her a chance to work with her team on their customer service and give it another chance in a few months. The food is amazing. Sometimes they don't fill the sauce cups...not even half at times... which is silly cause whyam i paying an extra dollar for a sauce cup thats less than half full??? The hours are SILLY because what if I work second shift and I want some food? Can't cause yall are open 8 hrs a day and close at 7pm even if im off work at 7pm for second shift... food is overpriced and no rewards offers? Buy 9 meals and 10 is free? The prices are gnarly for lack of service, flexibility and options 9x out of 10. Cause most of the menu items aren't even available a lot of the time. BUT, the food IS amazing. So I get it when I can.

Update 5/30/25 Not changing the stars. This food, while delicious, is so inconsistent. One time its perfectly cooked chicken and the next its over cooked and chewy. Next you get over cooked fries or under cooked, seasoned or barely at all. They started filling the sauce cups all the way thankfully! But now they are skimping on the fries... waited 2x before I made this review edit to see if it was a 1 time thing. You used to get half a box of fries now you get 1/4 box of fries. So over priced for the inconsistency, but again, it is delicious.

Update 6/10 Spoke too soon on the sauce.... FILL THE CUP PLEASE 😭 its too expensive for you not to! Just be consistent... thats all we as...
