Nekter Juice Bar — Restaurant in Tempe

i love nèktar. always a go to for a healthy drinks. i wish they had more milk options like almond milk however, coconut milk is still yummy. they are starting to feel a bit high priced with a detox drink being almost $10 but, it appears that having the app warrants free smoothies + shots at times saving $$$. very friendly workers that are always insanely patient + informative. i would highly recommend however, my last + most recent visit i asked for no coconut milk with almond instead + she said she okay as if it was subsituted. while drinking i thought "this tastes strange" but, i went about my day. the next trip i made to nèktar i asked another employee can i change the milk + that was when i was told they actually don't do that so i drank coconut milk without knowing the other day. although, this is not an allergy i can not stress the importance of things within this nature. still love me some nèktar + keep up...

This location is sub par compared to the Tempe market place location. My order was supposed to take 25 minutes to complete, i get there after 25 minutes and they just had printed my ticket when i gave them my name. They weren't busy, i was the only one there mind you. So i had to wait another 25 minutes for them to make the order.

And so my order included 2 smoothies and 2 fruit bowls with granola on the side, cuz i didn't want the granola to get soggy, only to find out when i got home that no granola was included. Definitely a big let down after spending over$30. For something to be this affluently priced, one would expect everything to be near flawless.

Only way for a takeout establishment to rectify a situation like this would be to deliver the missing goods on their dime, but none will ever take the...

I am a regular nekter customer at various valley locations— one thing is for sure. There is a widespread issue with customers receiving all the items they paid for when ordering delivery or pickup.

I ordered for a group at work and spent $100+ — and was missing a $20 bowl and a smoothie. You can imagine the disappointment when some folks got their order while others did not.

I have made similar reviews about the location near central and camelback— that seems to have gotten better and now this one but work is having issues.
