Unprofessional management and rude server. Awful bartender. NOW ? maybe one employee I could let go. But three NO WAY!! 05/10/23 11:30am To owner! From one restaurant owner to another. Fire the female bartender and the server that was wearing the bolero hat! There are NO excuses for this kind of behavior. Manager would be the first one who would be fired. Any establishment with multiple employees that are rude. Management allows it and like today !!! is ok with this behavior. My daughter just graduated from ASU we brought party in. Called in for a reservation for 10. No reservations were not explained on the phone. Did not find out how the no reservations works until we were there waiting for a hour But?!? Ok, not really a problem. I just flew in from Laguna Beach and was in no hurry spending time with my daughter! Get drinks and wait to eat!

Not that simple! Went to bar and ordered $80 worth of drinks. We were just standing around waiting, But my 89 year old mother in law Sat at booth next to bar drinking her coffee. Server with Hat on came up to her, and said Don’t get too comfortable we are seating this table soon! Remember, we were already there for an hour waiting. The table was sitting. Empty for a good 40 minutes.

Rude to the point of being so offensive. But! To you server!!!! One day karma will come knocking like it always does. And when you treat an old person like you did? someone else will with a different demeanor is not just going to write a bad review.

Bartender Moved to three open seat at bar Mother in law my daughter and her friend were sitting there

Completely rude and unprofessional Bartender says, ( not friendly at all) She says, This is full service!! Are you ordering food? Livid! At this point but I didn’t say anything to her. Know this genius I just ordered $80 worth of drinks I have a open Tab I already paid for 50 in drinks in cash And TiPPED you 10 on 50 ????????? Seriously! WTH if you’ve been nice to my mother-in-law and us I would make sure you were tipped more than if we ordered food!!!!!!!!!!!

Why am I talking about tipping

Because now I’m frustrated I called the manager. The manager comes over.

Not apologetic, empathetic professional or understanding ???? nothing nothing!!!!!

He states some nonsense about tips????? Seriously! Explain to me what universe that makes any damn sense. ?

SO my daughter and my mother-in-law and her friend cannot sit at the bar even after I ordered and $80 worth of drinks because I’m not ordering food and the waitress isn’t going to get Tipped and make money that’s how you explain it to the customers really? So the $80 worth of beverages don’t count is ordering anything ? The food and more drinks for a party of 10 when we get seated mean nothing? you’re so arrogant and smug that you could actually tell a customer about tips seriously???

Tips are not mandatory tips In case you don’t know servers and bartenders tips come from. How you service your customers the better service the more tip. But I guess your management and owners let you act this way

Bartender is actually allowed to: Tell a customer about making money and be tipped before they even offered service or do anything for the customer to deserve a TiP really? You treated the wrong customer bad this time! I alway tip 25-30 percent and my daughters Graduation lunch!!! When I’m happy and feeling generous?!?!? So waiting another half hour More drinks You would of got at least a 30 dollar tip Minimum for an old lady drinking coffee and two girls talking sipping on their drink. Having to do nothing but be friendly????????

you offend the customer about food?

So a couple sit down instead of my mother-in-law and daughter they order two breakfast two coffees how much is a check and they’re sitting there for a hour minimum Highest check for two 60 What’s the tip on 60 genius ?

I had had enough ! went outside and told family that was waiting outside. We...

I recently visited Snooze Eatery in Tempe, AZ, and my experience was nothing short of spectacular. The moment I walked in, I was welcomed by a vibrant atmosphere and a friendly, attentive staff that set the tone for a fantastic meal. The decor is trendy and cheerful, creating a warm and inviting environment perfect for brunch lovers.

For my meal, I ordered the Habanero Pork Belly Benny and the French Toast Neat. The Habanero Pork Belly Benny was an absolute revelation. The pork belly was cooked to perfection—crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with just the right amount of spice from the habanero. The poached eggs were flawlessly prepared, and the hollandaise sauce was rich and creamy, adding a luxurious touch to every bite. The dish was expertly balanced, with the heat of the habanero complemented by the savory flavors of the pork belly and the smoothness of the eggs and hollandaise.

The French Toast Neat was equally impressive. It was wonderfully decadent, with thick slices of toast perfectly soaked and grilled to achieve a golden-brown exterior and a soft, custardy interior. The subtle sweetness of the toast was beautifully enhanced by a dusting of powdered sugar and a drizzle of syrup. Each bite was a delightful combination of textures and flavors, making it a perfect complement to the savory Benny.

The service at Snooze Eatery was exceptional. Our server was knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure that we had everything we needed throughout our meal. They provided great recommendations and ensured that our dining experience was smooth and enjoyable.

The overall ambiance of Snooze is lively and fun, making it an ideal spot for brunch with friends or family. The attention to detail in both the food and service is evident, and it’s clear that the team at Snooze takes pride in delivering an outstanding experience to their guests.

In conclusion, my visit to Snooze Eatery in Tempe was nothing short of amazing. The Habanero Pork Belly Benny and French Toast Neat are must-tries, and I can’t wait to return to explore more of their delicious menu. Five stars...

This place is AWESOME! from the staff, to the food, the atmosphere and the music. My husband and I went this past Saturday morning (June 26th) and we were very pleased. Its best to go early because when we were leaving around 10am, there was a line and people just kept coming. As for the staff, Kara and Marcus were AMAZING! We sat at the bar and they BOTH tended to us so well and clearly work really well as a team. I'm glad we got them because great customer service is what sets the tone and they have it down for sure: professional, friendly, welcoming, smiles all the way through and good conversation. Now on to the reason you all came to the review section:the food!....first of all the sweet potato pancakes are to die for! They are fluffy and delicious and that ginger butter just puts it over the top. I had the corned beef hash with scrambled eggs and I was expecting the can Corned beef hash, but NOPE, its the real deal and it was delicious. My husband had The Snooze Classic and he said "those were the best hash browns I've ever had" and he is picky so that means a lot. The only thing wrong was that we asked for sausage patties and got bacon, but it was still really good. He even enjoyed his english muffin with butter n jelly. Overall, I would recommend and we are...

I have been coming to Snooze for a few years now, and it is one of my favorite breakfast places. What I like about it is the location. It is within walking distance of where I work, making it convenient to walk there whenever I crave a good brunch. One of my favorite dishes there is the breakfast tacos. Breakfast tacos are among my favorite breakfast foods, and I especially enjoy them when I get them with avocado. They also have great omelettes. One of my favorites is their Denver omelette. You can also never go wrong with their breakfast burritos either. The service is fantastic. One server, Bryan, is one of the nicest guys I have ever met. Whenever I stop by, he is always a pleasure to talk to, and he, along with the other staff members, ensures that I have everything I need. I appreciate how they care about everyone in their restaurant having a great experience. Another thing I like about Snooze is the colorful atmosphere. It is a great place to go not only for brunch, but to brighten up your day whenever you are feeling down. I look forward to future visits and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a great brunch spot in the ASU area.
