Have ordered from here previously with no problems. Daughter had friends staying over and decided to order a few things late night, just before midnight. Says they are open until 3a.m. so didn't think it would be an issue. Ordered via number given in order to speak with someone to ensure they were indeed open for late-night delivery. Was given an estimated delivery time of 40-50 mins. So, 10 minutes after said delivery time, we called and automatically was told there wasn't an order, so I called the location, they had our info, but was told it was in system from previous orders but there wasn't an order pending. The money was taken as soon as order was confirmed by phone rep. 800 number said to email...3 emails and 2 phone call and 18 days later we haven't received refund or had any kind of contract. Called again, was told they had called and left message, they infact have not called or emailed. Was told a second time a supervisor would contact me in 24 to 72 hours, Again. With multiple emails and phone calls requesting money back, I find it hard to believe this hasn't been resolved. After reading reviews for location this isn't the first time and I'm not the only one dissatisfied. Corporate should reevaluate employees as they seem to pick and choose when and what they make. Absolutely unacceptable of management to have seemingly ignored all our attempts to rectify this situation. THINK TWICE about ordering for this location or company since even "management" can't seem to muster up any decent customer service for a simple refund or monitor (specifically this location) franchises operations or service or themselves for that matter. To many other companies out there to choose from to take the chance with this one. This could be you giving this review. Absolutely Unacceptable, Pizza Hut, you should be better than over 18 days to resolve an issue. If anyone with this company monitoring reviews, I'm asking again... Please issue my refund.
Update, yes there's more. Placed order over 2 months ago, called numerous times with not 1response and no refund. So hopefully by tagging some executives, I may get a response or at least my refund I've been waiting for. So if CEO Aaron Powell, president Juan Carlos Loredo or T.J. Wolfersberger, happens to pay attention to our reviews, please look into this matter so it can finally get resolved and I can get our money back. Please and Thank you. You may want to take closer look at some of your franchises employee service training methods.
UDATE AGAIN!!!! I still have not been contacted by anyone and still do not have my money back!!! Absolutely Unbelievable!!! Have contacted multiple times to no avail. It an simple refund!!! I have even tried contacting corporate and the email was blocked!!! President Juan Carlos Loredo, Chef Executive Officer Aaron Powell, T.J. Wolfersberger, Kimberly Clark.. someone PLEASE CONTACT ME OR ISSUE MY REFUND!!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! If your customer service has gotten this bad I can only imagine how the quality of your products are. They are iwned by the Yum corporation whuch also owns Taco Bell and KFC.

Read moreI would usually give five stars to Pizza Hut for as it being they had usually been a great pizza company to order pizzas from, but I have to give no stars as I didn't get my pizzas the first time and the drinks that I ordered were replaced as they didn't have enough two liters or they didn't want to give out that many to customers. We received no phone call or knock on the door and the drinks were the only things sitting by the door when the door was opened to see if the delivery driver had shown up after not hearing anything for over an hour and a half (and the location is almost across the road from the hotel that we were staying at during the weekend). I had also tried to call for an hour and a half straight with no answer after that. My brother and I walked over to the place and they told me that they shut the phones off at night, (even though it states on the internet that they are open until 3 a.m.) And then we had to wait a half an hour to fourty-five minutes for them to replace the pizzas. They said that they would refund the money back on them, but having to wait that long and going through all that when I had to get up very early in the morning, is why they received no stars. Read moreI'm an Uber Eats driver, and I showed up at this location to pick up somebody's order, and there was nobody around, they were all hidden in the back. When somebody finally came out to talk to me, their response was "okay". I waited an additional 20 minutes and nobody came out to talk to me; So I got their attention and a different person came out to tell me that the order was either stolen or another Uber driver picked it up, and that the other person I had previously spoke to had left for the night and didn't even let them know I was waiting. My customer was very upset, I explained the situation to him and he called the store personally and they wouldn't answer their phone. So I had the customer call my cell phone and I held it up so he could speak with the workers himself. After all of that, I waited there for an hour before they had ONE pizza ready for my customer. This by far is the worst customer service I've ever encountered and I wasn't even a customer I was receiving an order for my customer. And you would have thought that they would have thrown in some garlic knots or something on the side, considering the customer had to wait for an hour...
