My wife & I had just arrived in PHX from ATL. After navigating both airports, the flight, the three hour difference from the time change, picking up our rental car & driving around for a few, we found US Egg on Google Maps! This is the exact type of place we were looking for, offering endless options of good, hearty food, served with a smile. Our serving staff was professional & friendly, our servers name was Ryan & he did a great job while we were there. My wife ordered the Hawkeye Omelette & I ordered the Triple Play Combo & added an additional pancake. We are both big breakfast lovers & with all the menu options, we wanted to choose more than one thing. They also offer a variety of flavored mimosas, my wife selected the Sunrise mimosa while I just consumed a whole pot of coffee. This is a great place, you will get your moneys worth, leave full & happy. It gives that neighborhood vibe even when they were pretty busy. Even my wife, who is usually a tough critic, says she would recommend. Sounds like a win to me!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service and cleanliness I experienced at US Egg in Tempe, AZ. I have been a loyal customer of US Egg for many years and have always enjoyed their food and service. However, my recent experience was completely off the mark. Upon being seated, I was immediately taken aback by the unwashed cups that were served to me and other customers. The cups were visibly dirty with heavy lipstick marks and sediments clinging to the inside. I brought this issue to the attention of our server, Cassie, but she dismissed my concerns and offered no apology and even instead attempted to deter me away by commenting “water is free”. When I requested a new cup, the replacement was equally dirty. I escalated the issue to the manager on duty, but he was also dismissive and refused to offer any compensation for my inconvenience. He simply shrugged and said, "I'm not the owner, I can't give discounts." I am appalled by the lack of professionalism and concern for cleanliness displayed by the staff at US Egg. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the dismissive attitude of the staff and manager is unacceptable. I am deeply disappointed by this experience and hope that US Egg takes the necessary steps to improve their cleanliness standards and customer service. In the meantime, I would caution other customers from dining at US Egg until these issues have been addressed.

No idea why I keep going to this HORRIFICALLY priced place with terrible food. After today never again! Food is bland and not good but the protein pancakes are the only thing keeping this place afloat. Somebody from that place needs to rip off that recipe and open a real restaurant with actual good food and decent prices and they will make a killing. Take the waitresses with you because they seem to be really nice. The owner, Mark I believe is his name, always seems to answer the phone but always passes it off to one of the workers there to take my order. When I go in to pick up my order he is always standing there at the podium and always tells one of the workers to take care of me. So I stand there waiting for someone to help me while he stands there doing nothing. It's like what the hell do you do around here? Do you know how to do anything besides stand there and tell others to do everything? What a terrible boss and gives off a super creepy vibe, wouldn’t be surprised if a sexual harassment lawsuit comes out of that place or there has been one in the past. All in all, DEFINITELY skip this place if you want good food and value your wallet. Honestly McDonald’s breakfast is way better and WAY cheaper. Don’t let these greedy people who think they have gold rip you off. This is what 16 DOLLARS gets you there for ONE PERSON (how embarrassing!)

Very family oriented atmosphere. Everybody seems happy and enjoying themselves. Laughter, talking , kids, conversation . Menu seems genuine with allot of options. Seating outside with misters going . Makes outside bearable. Bench seating and chairs. I order the corn huskers. Sounds like a lot of food.. waiting . Did i mention.. popular. Service is very very quick. Food looks delicious.. hash brown taste House made.. good. Bacon thick. Egg over hard..not to oily. Which is good. Strawberries not freshly cut. Sour dough toast is quite nice. Not overly hard.. wheat pancakes lite and airy . Not heavy quite nice. Over all good.. allot of food. I like the way they use the KISS method. Keep it simple.. coffee kettle left at your table..

So far now I think I've eaten at all their u.s. egg restaurants in the Phoenix area. This restaurant is just as good as all the other restaurants of there is I have eaten at. The server was very friendly very quick. I ordered the eggs benedict, corned beef hash and oatmeal. The eggs benedict was great had nice flavor cook perfect. The corned beef hash was very tasty and comes with a tomato slice I would recommend ordering an extra tomato slice or two. It was a nice combination with the tomato. The oatmeal comes with raisins milk and brown sugar. That is some of the best oatmeal I've ever had. It's a good portion so if you order anyting else and oatmeal you could share the oatmeal with another person.

We visited for a late Sunday morning breakfast, and the place was bustling with a packed crowd. Despite the busy atmosphere, the staff worked tirelessly to accommodate everyone. The food quality remained top-notch, even during the rush. My pancake wasn't particularly fluffy, but it tasted good. The egg was cooked perfectly, and the bacon slices were large and flavorful. Our server was friendly and attentive, despite being clearly occupied with many tables. We definitely plan to return and look forward to trying another day, perhaps midweek, to enjoy the place with a bit less of a crowd.
