The server was very irresponsible when I ordered bubba drink requesting it to be heated. The milk was cold, so I reminded her that I wanted the drink to be hot. Instead of heating the milk itself, she took back the entire cup and put it into the microwave. I was so shocked because the transparent plastic cup does not seem to be microwave safe at all. She dismissed my concern and said the cup was microwavable because it didn’t melt or catch fire. I don’t think that was the right standard of judging whether a plastic cup was microwavable or not. Plus, the cup warped a bit after being heated. That is a sign that the cup is not microwave safe. Harmful chemicals could be released during the heating, causing customers’ health risk. The server’s irresponsibility is really disappointing. If she did that to me, she might have done that to others or done other irresponsible things to customers. I used to like the shop a lot.
As a side note, the mid-size cups used to be those bigger and higher quality ones, but now the mid-size cups became smaller cheaper plastic cups. When I asked her about this, she told me that the mid-size was always this size. She was wrong because the photos from an earlier review (see the left cup in the picture below) showed the evidence that the mid-size used a different and larger cup.

Read moreMy family and I have spent hundreds of dollars cumulatively at this place. They have a rewards system where if you collect 8 stamps you get a free drink at the store. Occasionally I will forget my stamp card and ask for a new one so I can still get credit for my drink. I ended up with two cards each with 4 stamps on them, and went into the store to redeem my free drink. The employee and manager both told me that I am not allowed to combine stamps from 2 stamp cards. I told them that this made no sense because I still spent the required amount of money and obtained 8 stamps, and nowhere on the cards or in the store does it say you can’t combine cards. I asked the manager why this is a rule and she replied “because that’s what the owner says.” I told her that this rule seemed pretty silly and seems like the owner is just trying to scam the customers and be greedy, and the manager replied “I know.” Myself nor my family will ever be returning to a place like this where the owner clearly doesn’t value its customers and does not stick to their word. If your rule is “collect 8 stamps and get a free drink” that rule should be honored point blank. For that reason, I would not recommend this...

I've been a loyal customer for 3 years now and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. My friend accidentally picked up the wrong drink - our order was #160, but he mistakenly grabbed #159. Both drinks happened to be matcha, which added to the confusion.
While I understand the mix-up was partially our fault, I also believe Moge Tee shares some responsibility. No staff greeted us or called out names or order numbers when the drinks were ready - all hided behind the food court and they were simply placed on the food court counter, making it easy to accidentally grab the wrong one.
About 15 minutes later, I received a call from a FEMALE (short looking) staff member who sternly told me to “MAKE SURE TO READ THE LABEL NEXT TIME” before abruptly hanging up. I found this interaction unnecessarily rude and unprofessional - especially considering it was an honest mistake and there were only 2 drinks in question.
I would’ve appreciated a more understanding approach rather than being SCOLDED as a paying customer (who even left a tip).
Customer service could definitely be handled with more care...
