BJs has been a special Veteran's Day get-together meal that my fellow veteran friends and I connect over. We have been doing it for 15 years. This year, 2023, we gathered together but discovered that BJ's was not doing the veteran meals this (2023) year. What we did get was a coupon for a free appetizer with a purchase of at least $14.95 on the next visit, but only have until the end of December to use it. It was a strange day there. The wait staff seemed stressed and unhappy. They couldn't hide it. One server was talking about whatever was bothering her, swearing loud enough for me to hear every expletive. One family had a child with autism having a meltdown. I felt for them because we have a child on the spectrum also and know it can be a challenge in public. Everyone seemed to just be stressed out. At least the food was good, however inflated the prices. We might have to consider another venue for our future gatherings. Such a shame since some of our friends are no longer with us.

First time at this location. It has good curbside appeal and it looks like a nice restaurant on the outside. Inside dining area seem very modern and up-to-date new to the temple area so we’re looking for a new experience that we never been to. It was on a Friday night,. We sat at the bar not too busy for a weekend night. Overall bartenders were courteous and polite and friendly. We had a couple of entrĆ©es and a couple of drinks. My review of the food is as follows my entrĆ©e, ribs were very dry did not have enough barbecue sauce Garlic vegetables were very dry and overly salted. Had to wait 15 mins for another side of vegetables that they forgot to bring with my entree. They are very proud of their food for a half rack of ribs and two vegetables $26. I tried a craft house beer which was enjoyable. That seems a little bit much. Highly doubt we will be back , not a good first impression

I ordered a deep dish pizza from BJs. After picking it up, I checked the pizza in the car before going home. I saw a regular pizza so I went back inside to get the deep dish I ordered. The person at the takeout counter assured me it was their deepdish. Well, as a Chicago native, I can confidently say it was NOT a deep dish pizza -- thin crust, raw onions, low quality sausage, flavorless dough, and hardly any cheese (the most defining feature of a deepdish). It reminded me of what I used to get from domino's when I was a kid. You can see from my pictures they essentially sent me home with a thick crust pizza and charged me $30 for it. I felt completely mislead as I ordered this "deep dish" pizza based on the pictures from their site which did not at all match what was served to me. Never going back to this place.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at BJ's and was fortunate enough to be served by an outstanding waiter named Eric. From the moment I walked into the restaurant until the time I left, Eric's exemplary service and genuine hospitality made my experience truly exceptional.

First and foremost, Eric's warm and welcoming demeanor immediately put me at ease. He greeted me with a smile and showed genuine enthusiasm in assisting me throughout my dining experience. His professionalism was evident as he patiently guided me through the menu, offering recommendations and answering all my questions with a wealth of knowledge about the various dishes and drinks.

Eric's attention to detail was impeccable. He consistently ensured that my glass was never empty and promptly took care of any additional requests I had. Despite the bustling nature of the restaurant, he managed to provide personalized service, making me feel like a valued guest throughout the entire evening.

What truly impressed me about Eric was his ability to anticipate my needs. Whether it was refilling my drink or bringing extra napkins without me having to ask, he effortlessly anticipated my requirements, creating a seamless dining experience. His attentiveness never felt intrusive but rather added an extra level of comfort to my time at BJ's.

Furthermore, Eric's knowledge of the menu was exceptional. He was able to provide detailed descriptions of each dish, making recommendations based on my preferences. His genuine passion for the food and beverage offerings at BJ's was evident and added a delightful touch to the overall experience.

Eric's exceptional service extended beyond the basics. He went above and beyond to ensure that my visit to BJ's was memorable. His friendly personality and engaging conversation made me feel like a valued guest rather than just another customer. His genuine interest in making sure I had a great time was truly remarkable.

In conclusion, I cannot speak highly enough of Eric, my waiter at BJ's. His outstanding service, attention to detail, and warm demeanor created an unforgettable dining experience. If you have the opportunity to dine at BJ's, I highly recommend requesting Eric as your waiter. His exceptional professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction make him a true asset to the establishment. Thank you, Eric, for making my visit to BJ's truly...

We have been to this location on several occasions and never had any issues until during this visit.

We were a party of 8 and they placed us in a circular corner booth. After 5 of us sat down it was clearly going to be an issue having any kind of personal space let alone 8 meals being set on the table so we asked if we could be seated at a table.

Our server said she would ask the hostess where we could be seated. Since it was 11:00 and they had just opened and only 3 other customers were in the building we saw it as not being a problem. The hostess came, pushed 2 tables together as if it was an inconvenience to handle a customer’s request. (During are entire visit we only saw 8 other customers so having 2 tables combined did not cause anyone from being seated.)

Once seated we found out that the tables had not been properly cleaned because some of the menus stuck to table. When looking around we could see other tables had not been cleaned and food/debris was under our table. When we informed our server (Destiny F.) she was very apologetic, and she not only cleaned our table but swept up under the table. We informed her it’s not her fault in that they had just opened and it should have been handled by the previous nights crew.

While we were waiting for a food to be prepared a dead fly fell on the table right next to me. Thankfully it didn’t happen when any food was on the table and possibly falling on a plate.

The one major plus during this visit was the quality of customer service provided by our sever (Destiny F.) and she clearly earned the healthy...

If you feel like wasting 2.5 hours then this is the restaurant for you.

Not only did we wait an hour to be sat for a table of two, but when we finally got sat it was over 10 minutes before our server greeted us. We ordered bar drinks which didn't arrive until right before we got our entrees, and when we finally received our entrees, our plate had old food stuck to the bottom. Our server visited our table one time as soon as we got our food and then we did not see her again until after we had finished our food and had been waiting on her for 15 minutes. Then when we ordered dessert she placed our order and it was another 20 minutes before we received our ticket. After waiting almost another half an hour for the dessert we ordered (and being BLATANTLY ignored by our waitress several times), we finally approached the manager, who then informed us that the dishes they make their desserts in were all dirty and they were waiting for new ones to be cleaned, which our server never once communicated with us.

Our food was pricey and not at all worth the money. I ordered the ziti and my friend ordered the peanut chicken, and we were finding bits of each others food in our plates. The drinks we ordered were over $10 each and our food was over $15 each, and it wasn't even good enough to bring home the leftovers.

I completely understand how busy restaurants can get, especially on a weekend, but being ignored, our table overlooked, and our food below standards, it was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant. It is the last time I...
