Mario's Seafood — Restaurant in Temple

The atmosphere and service specifically the employees, more specifically the bartender Yadi, the server, Jessica, and the manager Yazmin and the additional server Sheyla were all wonderful. The food is still growing and evolving and it’s still being perfected, but the atmosphere of the staff was amazing and the drinks are amazing!!! I encourage everyone to continue to go to this establishment because it is the atmosphere of the servers and the atmosphere of the customer service, which is absolute divine and what makes the place stand out and makes a difference. The warmness and the welcomed engagement and pleasantries were just superb. I will visit this place as much as possible, particularly on the seafood side and the Mexican side either choice but on the Seafood side, it was really really pleasant and I enjoyed it. Ordered the shrimp fajitas. Mistake number one. Another shrimp dish said she’ll on, so I assumed shrimp fajita would be shell off. The shell is on, with lots of seasoning. By the time you try to peel the shells off to eat them your hands are covered in orange spice mixture Extremely messy. The rice should say lime rice. That’s all you can taste. Our waitress took our check but never came back with change. She said she would be back with change. We found her again and asked about our change. 20 minutes later and still waiting we had to go over to the manager to ask for it. The table behind us was having issues with the waitress as well. Eventually a totally different waitress brought our change Poor management. A good manager would have made the waitress who served us bring the change or do it himself. This is a totally new concept in Temple. I have not seen any other place that offers these seafood delicacies. We had a seafood tower. It comes with a great combination of various seafoods and two sauces. Great Latin American flavors! My wife had fried jumbo shrimp with delicious charro beans and spanish rice with shrimp. She was in shrimp heaven. I had 2 exquisite fish tacos with shrimp rice and frijoles. Because I cook al.ost daily, I am a strickler in freshness, quality, and taste. It wS the best seafood in Temple. They told me they will have live weekend music and they do have Tuesday specials. The lady that attended us really worked hard to ensure the experience was perfect.
