McDonald's — Restaurant in Tennessee

Slow slow slow slow...they are slow through the drive through and slow on the inside. They are not apologetic about it at all. I was left at the speaker for 5 minutes and when I said "hello" I was met with an aggressive "I said hold on!". I started to pull off but I promised my kids a happy meal for doing awesome on their report cards. Then the woman came back on the speaker which took about 5 mins and still f'd up my order and had the nerves to catch an attitude when I asked her to repeat my order since they apparently don't have a working order screen. Paid for my order then got to the second window just to be ignored for 10 minutes...i honked, waved, knocked on the window and all and the workers kept their back to me hiding. The manager finally came to the window and said they were short staffed still with no apology for the wait. I see a young man dropping fries in the happy meal box and still no food being handed to me...about 7 minutes later they started giving me my cheeseburger and fries and I ask what about the happy meals...he said they were waiting for the sandwiches cause they had to get remake the sandwiches. I told him I want fresh fries as they had been just sitting in the box the whole time. Of course he got an attitude about that. Then they went into hiding for another 10 minutes. People were honking and getting out of the line as if it was my fault. Finally got the food...no toys in the box...no apple juice. Had to hunk again and too a few mins to get acknowledged that I needed the toys and juice. Good gawd i peeled off when I got everything. It took well over half an hour in the freaking drive thru! Called their corporate off and still have not received a call back so I see why their service is so terrible because management doesn't give a d@mn so why should they? Smh terrible experience. Would give it zero...

I walked inside this mc Donald this morning at 8:15. While waiting on a store across the street to open. I walked inside and said good morning. I was the only customer inside. No one said anything of greeting me. There were 4 people that looked up at me. They were arguing about who put the cups in wrong and the older lady in the blue shirt at the window. Saying how nobody going to talk to her crazy, how and what she don't have time for and don't feel up to doing. Where the lady in the green shirt, I assume was the manager. Telling her to move the line from the window. That she's talking about things that's not related to MC Donald. When it got loud I started to leave. No one cared that I was standing there for 10 minutes or cared at all. Then finally the lady in green came over to take my order. While coming over to do so, still arguing and fussing. I didn't even order what I really wanted. I just tried to make a quick order. My order was just toss on counter by lady in green who stated here you go! I ordered a sausage biscuit with extra butter and hash brown, small soda. Never asked if I needed any condiments not even have a nice day. I was to scared to ask for any grape jelly. Just wanted to get the hell out of there. The biscuit was Luke warm and dry. What the lady in green was telling the older lady in the blue shirt was right. She just went about wrong. But the older lady just wouldn't stop. Cause if you don't have time and don't feel up to work. Why did you come to work? Just to make everyone else miserable like you. I can't stop at a restaurant with all that. To much is happening now days. I will not ever stop at this...

I really dislike this place. why? Because me and my sister we have class at 5pm and it’s a 24min drive and I had on a long dress and it was black I didn’t take it off because when we get to class we can’t go change so when I walked in I was recieving a lot of stares especially from this lady there and I felt like it was disrespectful. So I ordered 2 4 piece chicken tenders combo no salt fries but 1 meal with a caramel frappe M and a quarter pounder meal with no salt so he put a small caramel frappe and I said no it’s a medium and then he told someone to remove it and he put back a small caramel frappe like whattt? But I wasn’t worried because I thought he knew so we payed we waited and they brought us our food and they brought it to go but we politely said oh sorry can we get it for here and the man felt very angry for some reason idk y plus we never got our frappe and my father went and asked for it and they gave me a Small frappe like what and then I said oh I ordered a medium then the man is like it says small and the man who took our order was like "MAN JUST GIVE HER THE MEDIUM IM TIRED” but I never not my medium and I was like bro im not drinking this I’m on sum real sh*t and I put it to the side and I ate my tender meal and I took a sip when I got in the car and it didn’t even taste right 😡nor did they blend it all the way through it’s just ice and mind you it’s been sitting there for like 30min and it’s supposed to be liquid but here I am in the car late to class with this frozen nasty drink umm 😐 never coming here again and this isn’t even the first time every time I come here something isn’t...
