The Entire Staff Crew That Work's Here Are Absolutely Fantastic!

Very Hard Working Individual's That Work's Here That Are Friendly&Respectful.

Very Professional At All Time's &While Doing Their Job's 👏 🙂

Very Helpful If Needed To Be For Any Reason At All During Your Visit,I Was Very Appreciative Of That.

Because Helping Customer's Is Rarely Seen During Restaurant Visitation's.

&You Rarely Get That Kind Of Customer Treatment From A Restaurant These Day's.

Because 98%Of Restaurant's Here In T.H.Indiana In My Honest Opinion&Experience's When Passing Through T.H.

They DON'T Give Their Customer's That Kind Of Treatment At All.

The Only Place's Where You Actually DO Get That Kind Of Treatment Is Java Haute&Any Starbucks That's Located In T.H.

I'll Be Very Happy To Add Fazoli's Restaurant To My Small List Of Afew Place's That Provide's Staff Professionalism In T.H.😄

Fazoli's Has A Very Moderate Priced Menu Full Of Different Food Selective Choice's To Choose From When Ordering From The Menu.

Fresh&Hot Food Cooked&Served On A Daily Basis.

Especially Their Classic Pasta's,Lasagna's,&Chicken Alfredo's.Ohh!THOSE Are Divinely Delicious!! 😋

One Of The Most Important Thing's About Fazoli's Is All Of Their Hard Working Beautiful Waitresses 😘😊

Their Dining Room Area Is Very Decent Sized With Fairly Large Amount's Of Spacious Area's&Seating Seçtion's.

For A Basic Customer Dining Room Area Of A Restaurant.

Very Casual&Comfortable. It's Great For Dinner's With Family&Friend's,Going On A Romantic Date&Anniversary Dinner Dining For Couple's.

There's So Many Reason's For Usage Of The Dining Room During Customer Visitation's, WAY Too Many To List.

The Atmosphere Here Is Always Tranquil.

A Great Relaxing Environment Where All Of The Customer's Can Be Able To Relax&Feel Comfortable While Enjoying A Nice Serving Of A Hot Delicious Meal.

The Parking Lot Area Has A Fair Amount Of Spacious Area's For Customer Parking.

Parking Space Availability Is Very Limited Here.

For Those Of Us Whom Are Alway's On The Road When Traveling To Visit Here..

&/Or When The Local's That Visit Here On A Weekly Basis Are Like Most Of Us That Are Often Searching For A Good Parking Space If Any Are Available.

This Only Happen's When Fazoli's Is Fully Loaded.

During Those Time's That's When All Of The Parking Space's Become Unavailable.

I Wished The Parking Lot Area Was Alittle Bigger&Had More Parking Space Availability For When Customer's Visit.

Otherwise It's A Great Place For Customer's To Visit.

Any time we come, it's a long wait. That's ok, because we've never gotten bad quality food from here! However, we had a problem with the cashier and manager on our most recent visit. DONT USE THE KIOSK ON THE COUNTER!!

Being a busy night, we decided to order from the kiosk since every business is short staffed. We ordered 4 meals, 2 of which we wanted to make into the meal deals for 3.49. No matter which way we tried putting it in, the kiosk would not allow 2 meal deals on the order. We thought maybe it was a glitch, because surely they'd want to be able to upsell those. We placed the order and paid. We checked the receipt, and sure enough, the second meal deal was not present and not charged. We stepped to the register and let the cashier know the problem. She tried charging us for a 5th meal with the meal deal, totaling over 10.00, instead of just charging 3.49. We said no, we just need the meal deal. She said it was too late for that. We asked her if she could refund the meal on the ticket we already paid for, then we'd pay for the meal she rang up. She said she'd have to get her manager, and that might be a while and they were short staffed. We said forget it and refund the whole order and we'll go somewhere else. We still had to wait on the manager anyway, (who had problems refunding the order, huffed and puffed at the counter, and said she was over it) but at least we didn't have to inconvenience them with correcting and making our order. Maybe we'll come back again, but we won't be using the kiosk. The people next to us had problems with the kiosk too. Even if they're busy, order from...

I gave them 4 stars. Which is probably at least one star more than they desire. They are chain fast food at the end of the day. Their food is decent. More or less depends on what you order from their menu. Little bit to salty for me but I have elevated blood pressure so I try not to overdue the salt. Their pizza is really good, surprisingly. Breadsticks are awesome.keep in mind that it's the cheap filler food But they managed to pack enough, butter, garlic salt, regular salt, dough, sugar, and something I wasnt expecting from fazoli's.... genuine old fashioned love!!! Whatever it is, their breadsticks are addictively good. As an exjunkie(two years clean next month), let me tell you. Your serotonin,dopamines and endorphins spike after eating one from straight out of the oven. The staff at the one in Terre Haute IN are friendly. The place looks clean. Even their bathrooms are well kept. You may have to wait about 10mins or so before they bring your food out. Since covid, they ask that you wear a mask when not eating. But they got dine in. So that's a big plus. They have a drive thru window which seems odd to me. In all honesty I prefer the Original Spaghetti and sub house on Wabash. Except Fazoli's breadstick are better than the bread that is served at Spaghetti...
