Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Terre Haute

Food only gets 3 stars bc this place is so dang expensive that I'm not sure the quality of their food, which is pretty high mind you, is worth the money that they charge. About 10 years ago, the "Slim" sandwiches were $2, and some would say that while their price has gone up 150% since then that it is fairing relatively well in relation to inflation. However, the cost for such a basic sandwich should have remained under $4, not the ~$5.50+ that they charge now. I mean all that you are getting is meat, cheese, and bread. What makes it weird for me is all of their "freebies" - veggies, mustard, oil, etc - are not free on the Slims. They will give you packets of mustard because they aren't "allowed" to use their fresh mustard? Surely that's just not cost effective at all. But I guess that's the whole idea behind the Slim subs. But to compare, for the same price as some footlong subs at Subway, the Slims are...

I'd give 0 stars if I could. I ordered on their app. I got nothing but drinks, the food did not arrive. I called the store asking about the food. They said the driver took a picture. I said well then he picked it up after he took a picture. Then brought it all the way up to their General Manager. The general manager kept questioning me. He made the suggestion that my dog ate it. If my dog ate it, 2 sandwiches and 2 bags of chips, there would be something, not just a bag and drinks standing straight up perfect. There would be wrappers right? Or did he think the dog ate the wrappers? So because he kept questioning me, it was apparent they would take no responsibility. So he hung up on me and would not give me a refund or resend the money. over 38 bucks mind you.. and tip. I will not be going to Jimmy...

I ordered a Veggie sandwich from this location. When I arrived home I realized I was given a turkey sandwich. I called the store letting them know that I did not receive the correct order and that my sandwich had meat on it. The manager sent out a new sandwich but wanted to let me know that they will need the original order back. I’ve never heard of such a request from a restaurant. Hopefully, the store does not give the sandwich to someone else. Very disturbing request to say the least. Poor management. Will not order...
