The order taker clearly had no idea what she was doing, and was rude when we got to the window. My daughters drink was disgusting and when told it was made wrong, they took cup, put pumps of syrup in it when we clearly said carmel drizzle, then handed the same cup back to us! I used to work in restaurant as a manager and that was against health code violations, so I said excuse me now that you handed the cup back and it's clearly still wrong what you should have done was offered to remake it in the 1st place. Another girl came to window and said I can remake it if you want me to, we say of course yes we want it remake and then said," do you want to keep that drink?" Umm No, why would we keep a drink we are clearly not going to drink when it was made wrong! This is why we normal choose to go to the other 3 Terre Haute locations, the 1 on US 46 being our favorite. We pulled up to order finally and a boy came out with more cones and placed them in front of my car. I rolled down my window and asked him what he was doing? He said oh we close at 7. I said ok but we’ve been here waiting in line for about 15 minutes. He shrugged and said Sorry! We close at 7 and we’re short staffed and walked away. Horrible customer service. Very unprofessional. I Order the same thing almost every time but get a different version of the drink every time. Many times I would send the drink back in to be fixed. I even went into the store to order with a Barista to verify I was actually ordering what I wanted. I was able to order my drink at two other locations over the weekend with correct results. Today I went back to this location, order is wrong again. Called to talk to the manager and was told to just send it back in, it only takes 2 seconds to correct the problem (if that is the case it would only take 2 additional seconds to get it right to start with).
