Leaving this review because I could not get a hold of anybody through the phone. Hopefully manager will message me back and I can edit my review. We came through yesterday and we gave a simple order of a decaf Americano and a almond milk latte no dairy. They handed us an iced Americano and a sweetened drink. That was not an almond milk latte, so we give it back to them and they remade it all over again. They gave me the correct Americano this time and what seemed to be an almond milk latte from my daughter. After we left, she felt really sick because dairy makes her really sick. They had given her a regular iced latte and she felt sick for the rest of the day. They got the wrong order twice. Wish I could come in, but you guys are far from me and it would be nice if you guys could credit me my drinks that you got wrong. this can actually work out a lot worse for customers who have a severe dairy allergy, giving customers dairy milk when they asked for almond milk, specifically almond milk. Really disappointed. If one of you guys can reach out to me and fix this credit me for the drinks that would be great. I don’t wanna drive 35 minutes to have you fix this. Worst experience ever! When we placed our order, the staff was nice enough, but they ended up getting our order wrong. When they attempted to remake the order, we asked if we could get a replacement because we were late for an appointment. The manager who started to replace our order shouted, no barked at both her employee and us that we were going to take what she was making. Her employee, who was obviously very uncomfortable with the whole situation, tried to reason with her, the manager, double down on her rude behavior, and even choked about it with a employee that was standing near her.

She proceeded to drop the order off at the counter with a look on her face like she was angry with us, the customer, for asking for replacement. This was the rudest most unprofessional person I’ve ever seen.

I don’t regret tipping the young lady that took our order, but she certainly does not have a manager there who knows how to teach her how to treat a customer. The manager there needs some extreme training on...

Apr 12 review and update.

Irish coffee was delicious, and breakfast Danish was fulfilling. Guessing the first time I came here, it was a fluke. The Irish coffee was a little lighter and expected the bitterness, but it was very enjoyable, a nice mild taste. I was looking forward to other breakfast sandwiches, but I was guessing they would go out fast in the morning. Overall, I am pleased with the visit after a doctors appointment.

I was not impressed. My Americano was watered down to oblivion. Water flavored coffee. My wife brought me some black rock from Fullshear, and that was amazing! Rich bitter and sweet taste, color was more of a dark tanned color. The one received here is a sad, light khaki color.

I'll try this establishment again if I'm in the area, but Fullshear is my new go-to. Besides that well kept establishment, plenty of parking and great staff, with the exception on whoever made...
