Had a horrible experience with service at this location. Made a mobile order, waited the 10 min cook time, checked in at the front counter to let them know I was here and they told me it wasn't ready yet. Stepped back but was in eye's view so when it was ready they could let me know. It was semi busy so I understood why it could be taking so long. Waited about 10 mins or so and the woman that ordered in line in front of me got her order. Thinking that's weird. Maybe my ticket got mixed around with hers so I def should be next. Waited another 5 minutes..still nothing. I go up to ask about my order and they grab the box that was sitting there for almost 15 mins. Every mobile order was in a bag so I expected mine to be. I didn't think that the lonely box was mine. I thought it was part of a dine in order. Nobody ever called my name. The girl that I checked in with didn't say a word. I told them I've been here waiting and I received no apology. I get home and my sandwich is cold and completely soggy. I couldn't even eat it because the bread just basically disintegrated. I wrote a complaint and never heard a word back. Then they send me a please do a review of my order and I said the same complaint and asked to be contacted, and have heard nothing. Read moreI had the worst experience at this Charley’s in porter Walmart 23561 US HWY 59 Porter, TX 77365. The owner Lisa is very rude. I order a chicken philly with no lettuce, no tomato, and no mushrooms. Got my food and it had everything on it. I went and told Lisa I didn’t want lettuce, tomatoes, or mushrooms. She took my sandwich picked everything I didn’t want and gave it back. I told her “ma’am I’m allergic to tomatoes that’s why I asked for no tomatoes. Can you remake my sandwich she throw the sandwich away aggressively. Told me no said she would give me a refund. When I took her ma’am I don’t need a refund I would like my sandwich she said no again and walked away. Can back with refund and receipt. I ask for corporates number or a supervisor over her not knowing she was the owner. After going back and forth about a number I could call. She walked away without give me a refund or remaking my sandwich. I reach out to other employees to get a number no luck. I would like something done about this asap. Well I didn't get my fries, so I went and asked for them and the lady said I didn't order them. She didn't ring mine up as a combo and rang up drink and sandwhich separate. Our meal was 35 dollars for 2. The wings were only 2 dollars for 4. So she didn't give me the fries unless I paid more for them. So I said nevermind. I had also left a tip, which I dont feel you have to at places that make hourly, I was just being nice. Then I went and asked for ranch and she said I would have to pay for that too. I heard the manager/owner tell the cashier. This was the worst experience I've had at a charleys restaurant. I will never come back here.
