The 3 stars are for the first 2 good experiences we had here.

Yesterday, not so much. The blue frozen margarita I ordered was less than satisfactory as you can see in the attached photo.

No one attended to us for at least 10 minutes after being seated. We finally had to wave down one of em. I guess the experience with the waiter is a hit or miss here. He was too impatient to take the order properly. Not courteous and midway through taking the order, left to say bye to someone else. The food was disappointing too. Nothing like the good experience we had 2 weeks ago. Mamacita's dinner was not the best. The burritos in it were burrito enchiladas which the waiter didn't care to explain even after I asked how good it was. After mentioning that I expected regular burritos, no courteous explanation or apology. Just a smirk and the answer that they're burrito enchiladas. Also, cannot pass if enchiladas as burritos. The beans and rice that went with it were horrible. Asked for a couple of sauces from or last visit, he brought a habanero sauce and just kept denying they have any other sauce. So apparently what we had a couple of weeks ago was imaginary?! The kids pizza had too much cheese for my daughter who loves cheese pizzas and barely any pepperoni. We had that replaced with Mac and cheese and that was no better either. If any manager cares to see this, table #40 on...

I had the best server ever!! Hands down!! NORA IS THE definition of customer service at its finest!!! Best waitress hands down I’ve had in Houston!! And I’ve been to 1,000s of places all around the world!! Very attentive!! She definitely needs a lead position!! Maybe even a bartender position, she’d make a great bartender she’s very attentive!! I watched her move around that restaurant yesterday and be so attentive not only to the customers, but the children. A little girl was asking her questions and she got down on her level to communicate with her!! WOWZER!!! 😍🥰😘 Lit up my day!! Straight management material!!! Those are the type of people customers love to interact with!! Definitely deserves some kind of employee of the month or something!! She was awesome!! I was having a rough day and she just lit up my day!

I love the salsa!!! It’s great!!! The quesadilla were ok, I prefer my meat a little less tuff! Queso was A1!!! Chips were a bit salty but I’ll ask for no salt next time I’m old I don’t need my blood pressure 500! lol but overall great experience!!

Keep the dip and bring back the cheese!!!! Invest in new silverware please those have had it! & the sweet tea is actually really good as well!!...

Today I had the worst experience of my life at a restaurant at your location. Some friends and I decided to try this place out since someone recommended it to us but boy we were in for a treat. we sat down and the waiter didn't even tell us his name we ordered fajitas for 2. Our food was taking a really long time so the manager Alex apologized and that would've been fine if THEY WOULDN'T HAVE TAKEN ALMOST 2 HOURS TO GET US OUR FOOD! after we were done eating we asked for our check and asked to split it 3 ways. a simple task we thought but not only did the waiter get the wrong amount but HE OVERCHARGED US $10.00! we asked a nearby waiter to get a manager to get the amount adjusted and the waiter's lack of attention showed when instead of getting us a manager he got us a MENU! A MENU! we waited a long time for a manager and when he finally showed up not only did he not offer to make it right but said he would void the charge and charge us the correct amount and that the other amount should drop in a couple of days effectively CHARGING US TWICE! Never have I been more displeased with service than at your location and I will make sure friends and family never commit the mistake of going to...
