Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Texas

I placed an order for pickup for myself and 4 other co workers since this location apparently didn't deliver to my job that's 4 miles down the road. I had to rush to go get our food since we are nurses and only have a 30 minute lunch break. Once I arrived back I realized my sandwich was missing... I proceeded to call this location and they said "oh yeah, we left your sandwich on the counter - you want to come get it?" I explained to them I could not leave again since I work at the hospital and would appreciate it if someone could bring it to me. They stated they could not drive the 5 minutes down the road but would give me a $10 credit for the next time I ordered. I explained I didn't want a credit but would like the sandwich I paid for that was more than the $10 credit they were offering. The manager stated he could not send someone to drop it off and added that they were busy and had too many orders to complete so he had to get off the phone and literally hung up on me. So now I have to work a 12 hour shift without lunch. Unbelievable and super unprofessional...

Its decent. Come here for the very definition of 3 stars. It wasnt great but then again it wasnt horrible either. The food here is about on par with what you can expect from Jimmy John's... like you're in a rush and you dont wanna wait for a premium sandwich from mcalisters or Jason's deli but then again subway is garbage and you've finally been sickened by the smell of their bread.

Cone here then. It's a good place to get a quick bite. It's not gonna wow you in any way but it will definitely hit the spot for $10 a lot better than subway will taste and a lot quicker than Jason's will make a sandwich.

I ordered curbside pickup and arrived 6 minutes after I had placed the order. Checked in and I waited about 10 minutes before I called to ask if my food was almost ready. They were just about to get it started so I said thank you and hung up. Waited another 10 minutes before I called again and they were finishing wrapping it up. So it took them about 26 minutes to get the food to me. Customers were going in and out with their food the whole time. No excuse as to why my curbside order that I ordered ahead of time was not ready when I got there or a little after.
