I never leave food reviews but this was absolutely RIDICULOUS. I had placed a mobile order at 10:25 (please keep in mind this location is open until 11pm). When i got to the drive thru, there was roughly 5 cars ahead of me. After a fairly long 20 minute wait i pull up to the speaker only to be told that they had just turned their kitchen off and are not taking any more orders. I tried explaining to the lady that i already had an order placed almost 30 minutes ago, but she still refused my order and told me that they cancelled the order and to expect a refund to come through after it processes.
Whats insane to me is that i just happened to be the car that they cut off orders from despite me having placed an order and physically been at their location the entire time waiting to pick up.
To make matters even worse, because the system still didn't recognize that they canceled my order (which i still am unsure they even did), it says i cannot place another order at another location while having an open order that needs to be picked up.
Never have i EVER had to deal with this complete an utter lack of empathy and understanding from anyone at Mcdonalds, let alone anyone in the fast food industry PERIOD.
The manager at the location COMPLETELY understood the situation i was in and could have made the decision to accept my order, which they already had placed with them right on their screen, but decided not to care and stood her ground telling me that the kitchen was now "closed" despite it being 10:45 at the time I got to the window.
Whether its pure laziness or not, I find this completely unacceptable.
I guarantee you my order will still be "ready for pickup" the next time i open my Mcdonalds app because i strongly believe that customer service is the last thing on this managers mind.

Read moreI’m making this review because I’m almost certain my soda smelled like mold. They had forgot to put a straw in my delivery bag, so i poured some of my soda into a smaller cup, when I went to take a sip I notice a weird smell. So I smelled the drink that was in my cup and smelled the drink in the McDonald’s cup. I thought it was my cup that made it smell that way, so I tossed the drink in my cup out. Well after sometime I drank from the McDonald’s cup and I smelled that smell again, so I googled what does soda smell like when it comes from a moldy machine, and that described exactly what I smelled. It was really faint so I just kept sniffing it to make sure I wasn’t tripping. I did try to call the location to let them know about what I experienced but all I got was an answering machine saying they are busy. I hope this is taken care of as soon as possible because I drank it and now I just might get sick from it. Oh and they also put pickles on my sandwich when I clearly says no pickles. So the only thing I could enjoy from this meal was the fries, they were the only thing that came in right or at least not smelly. I put 3 stars bc I’ve eaten at this location before and it can be hit or miss, but I don’t expect much from McDonald’s, but I do expect them to keep a clean...

CO2 is out on the soda machine both in store & drive thru, they aren't mentioning this to anyone, causing multiple upset customers, and not wanting to refund or offer/upsell something else. The MANAGER (older, middle eastern, male) is also making everyone use the machines to order, (which I use anyways), but this older gent there got his whole order messed up, w/ the manager helping him. I'm not sure if he doesn't read/see well, but they gave him the same wrong sandwich twice. He wanted an egg McMuffin w/ ham, they gave him the spicy ones w/ sausage, then the spicy one w/ ham but he literally told the guy who was AT the machine helping him he wanted egg McMuffin w/ ham no sausage. When he got the first wrong sandwich he said he doesn't want spicy & they made it wrong again. The manager is clearly having a rough day, but you picked that field, your customers shouldn't see that. Not every day is going to be a good one, & yes it is McDonald's but how you treat...
