Orient Express restaurant — Restaurant in Texas

So I have been ordering from this place for YEARS. USED TO BE my all time fave Chinese delivery restaurant. First off the prices are crazy now! 2nd today I ordered lunch for my son and I. Normally I spend about $25 for both of us, we ALWAYS order the same thing. Today I think the guy put it in wrong because I spent $44!!!! Granted we got more food but still!!!! Listen to what I'm wanting. Anyways, we get the food, I go to eat my sesame chicken and it's so hard and stringy I can't even cut into it let alone chew it! So I call to get them to replace it and the guy acted like he didn't get what I was saying and I kept saying I need you to replace the chicken, everything else is good just the sesame chicken. He literally sat on phone for about 2 min just going uuuhhh. Ooooh, uummmmm, I'm like are you the manager? He says no he works tomorrow, well sir I need this done today cause that was our lunch and dinner and I just spent $44, $46 with the tip so I need it done. He finally said I cook 1 more time for you. I ate here once when I was 17 with my mom, good food good service. I'm 35 now and I made a Togo order wonton soup and dumplings and BBQ. Me and my kids made a lunch out of it in the car, my son was sleeping 😴. The dumplings were tasteless and cold in the inside the bbq was tough like jerky. I walked back in to return the meal, the man who serviced me was rude and tried to dismiss me. I didn't budge and as he swiped my refund he kept saying comments towards me and told me to not come back. What a disgraceful manager , not once was I rude or intolerable. Very very rude “manager”. I have NEVER been talked to so poorly than I have today. I was screamed at over the phone and got hung up on MULTIPLE times. I had ordered food to go and never received it, called the restaurant just to see about getting a refund since my lunch was over and the “manager” proceeds to scream at me and my husband and kept hanging up on us when we were just simply trying to get our food handled or a refund. Very very sad and poor customer service. Does not care to simply help you fix an issue, instead comes up with excuses and is only wanting your money instead of caring about the customers.
