Let me start by describing the crowd. Maybe 4-5 tables so it was not busy at all. We came in and sat down and it took the waitress about 10 minutes to acknowledge we were there. Remember maybe 5 tables. She finally came over and almost walked off before we could tell her what we wanted to drink. Another 10 minutes and we got our drinks and I asked for sweet and low. Another 10 minutes passes and I get up and have to run it down myself. At this point the tip was not happening. Next she takes our order only to return in about another 5-10 minutes to tell me they don't have a house salad. You would think a waitress would know that much. So I ordered a Caesar salad with no Caesar dressing and instead I asked for thousand island. She then comes back after another 10 minutes passed with condiments but no salads. I want to let you know that all we ordered is two salads, onion rings tea and water. At that point I asked how long it takes to put salad in a bowl and bring it out? She left and a few minutes later next another waitress with who I guess was the manager and asked if everything was OK. I explained that nothing was OK. She started making excuses for the girl saying it was her first day and she was overwhelmed. Again, let me remind you maybe 5 tables. At that point I was really not happy and said maybe she should have been trained better before putting her out on the floor. At this point I had realized it was not the waitress fault but the management lack of doing their job and training the employees properly. The girl now making a bad situation worse goes on to explain that our waitress was in back crying and I did not have to be rude. It was then I got up and told her I was done and walked out. Not only will I never go in there again, I would caution anyone that is thinking about dining there to rethink their decision. Only one time in my life of 67 years I have received service this bad. No, I have not been back...
Read moreMy first & maybe only visit to Mo’s Irish Pub. If this is a representation of how Irish culture is, then it’s nothing to celebrate! My self & 2 co-workers thought it would be a great idea to have lunch at Mo’s on St. Patty’s day. BIG mistake!!! It was very crowded as to be expected on the holiday, not an issue. We were charged a $5 cover just to enter. Had to wait 15 mins just to have a seat. After being seated, after sitting it was another 15 min, before we were spoken to by ANY of the wait staff. A group came in, sat next to us & were greeted within the 1st 5 min of being seated.
After being there now for 30 min, a waitress comes over greets us, takes our drink & appetizer order, & tells us our waiter would be over shortly. 15 min later a waiter brings half our drink order & has us give him our credit cards for our orders BEFORE we order & leaves. After another 10 mins, we had to stop the waiter as he tried to walk past again to make him take our order. A different waiter comes back with the other half of our drink order & gives it to the table next to us. The table next to us was checked on constantly.
No one ever comes to the table to ask how we’re doing, or if we need anything! We have now been there for an entire hour, no food, no drink refills, no acknowledgement whatsoever!! After waiting an hour & 20 min for our order, we can’t even eat the food, because our lunch is over. To put a green cherry on top I was overcharged!! I ordered a BOWL of soup $6 & tea! I was charged $20…. So I paid $25 for bad services & a CUP of soup.
Maybe it was because we didn’t wear green… either way busy or not that’s unequivocally very poor customer service! Well this is one place that I will never consider bringing my company to...

It took forever to get our drinks and food, and when the food did FINALLY come out, one dish had to be sent back because it was ice cold - the cheese had not even melted on it. Once we realized that our server was being very slow to make her way back to us, we started timing our requests. It took over 20 minutes between requests. The lunch plates were never cleared to make room for the desserts. In the 3 hours we were there, we only got two rounds of beverages, and there was at least a five minute wait for silverware to eat our desserts with. The spoons brought to the table were huge and made eating the desserts difficult. And let me be very clear, it was NOT busy. I wouldn't be adjusting my review if it had been. Our table was a table of 4 adults and one child so we weren't a large party at all. BONUS: it looks like the floors in the women's bathroom have not been cleaned in a while.
We always have a great time at Mo's so when I got a message from them about their Thanksgiving dinner packages, I thought I would give it a try. If you want to make your life easier cooking for the holidays, definitely consider ordering one from them. I picked the ham dinner package and it was wonderful!! The ham was excellent and the sides included were delicious!! We will definitely be buying one of these again!! And they even helped bring the food out to the car in the pouring rain. Great food, great staff, great experience!! Thank you all at...
