Theft from employee of panda express. Today I visited one of you chain restaurants located in Katy, Texas store number 1455. There was a line of cars but that wasn't a a problem I was really craving Pandas orange chicken and egg roll. After wait for sometime to place my order I proceed to the pay window confirmed my order which was a family meal and add two egg rolls and paid for my order. The young lady informed me that there would be a wait for the orange chicken. I had no other choice seeing I had just paid for my meal, and i was already there. She proceeded to inform me that I would have to re-enter the drive through to pick up my order, that seems quite unreasonable, or I could enter the store and wait there. I had informed her, the doors were locked, and she said that the other doors were available for entry. I agreed to park walk to the other doors, at which point I discover that does are also locked. I knocked and they just looked at me and signaled for me to go through the drive through. Fine...this is all unnecessary and I was already annoyed at the false information, poor customer service, and making me just through hoops just to get the food I already paid for. I got back in the drive through, at which point an other employee had me pull my vehicle in reverse just so I could get my food. I asked if everything was in there she insisted everything was there an accounted for. When she finally gave me the food she quickly scurried to the store, as I noted there were no sauces I tried to get her attention and she blatantly ignored me. I had no recourse but to drive home with what she had given me, seeing that non of you employee were willing to help a customer correctly. When I get home I come to find out there the egg rolls were not in the bag, and now I have to call them. I was clearly very upset at this point, I finally get to the store and the gentleman on the phone said to return to the store I had just left and to bring my receipt to get my egg rolls, so drive back spend money on gas there and back, and having to eat food that is cold or reheated. So in short I had no choice but consider that your company, that store was willing to rob a customer's money and time. This is the worst experience I've had in any...
Read moreI had many issues with this location getting my order wrong in the past, but decided to try them again. Unfortunately, I had to deal with the very rude Joshua. I asked him 3 times not to interrupt me and let me finish my order. I drove up and he said I could not order at the window. I asked for his manager and she took my order and got my food fast. Unfortunately, she did not take my credit card. She left me again with Joshua. After I got my credit card back and only a short time later, I was putting it in my wallet and Joshua has the audacity to ask me to pull up. There was no one behind me. I told him to get over himself and he continually said there is a clock that does not go off until I pull off. If he had not been so rude, I would have left with no further incident. I should not have pulled up but I did. I backed up and spoke with the same manager to point out how rude Joshua was to me again. I will never go to this Panda Express again. I saw the many posts about how rude staff is. It sounds like Corporate needs to do a better job of training it's employees how to deal with customers. It is definitely the fault of Corporate that any employee would have the audacity to ask someone to pull up while they are putting their credit card in their wallet. In this case, Joshua was likely also being spiteful. I do not know if or when I will buy anything at Panda Express because of this...
Read moreWe have problems nearly every time we go to the Katy location. If we go inside, it's ok, but going through the drive thru is like pulling teeth. The girls accents make them hard to understand through the speaker, and they speak very quickly, making it worse. This is coming from someone who spent 6 years living in Japan and Singapore. These accents are nothing new to me. If that was the only problem, I wouldn't care, but they're also rude. They continuously assume you're done ordering after one item, and then constantly interrupt, and don't listen, so one has to repeat oneself several times. Tonight was particularly bad. I waited so long for my food (no "please pull around, we'll bring it to you) that at least two people waiting behind me backed out of the lane and left. Then I got home to find that, for the first time, they'd messed up our order. We keep going because the food is consistently decent, and is a nice change from our usual places, but I'm seriously considering going to a different location, even if I have to drive 15 minutes from home, rather than 5. It is truly ridiculous that I actually expect bad customer service and rudeness from...
