Update: gave it another shot and the customer service was a lot better, and Thai tea was just as good First time there and I ordered a Thai tea. The woman who took care of me asked if I wanted boba, I said no thanks. She then proceeded saying next time you need to tell me no boba bc all of the drinks here come with boba. I looked at her confused and replied ok well sorry, this is my first time here. Then I asked for the WiFi password to get some work done and she said people haven’t asked her for the password in a long time so she didn’t know it. Let’s just say I’m an active boba drinker. Came here to try some coffee boba & the taste was disgusting. I told the man the taste was off, & asked politely for a different drink. He proceeded to Yell at me in front of everyone loudly & I said I would gladly pay for something else, he proceeded to say it wasn’t their fault & continued to yell with his store full of customers. I was beyond embarrassed & am not the kind of person to make a scene. He was extremely rude & aggressive. Do yourself a favor & Take your business elsewhere like fusion across the street. i’ve been coming to this location for years and i had the first bad experience today. 3 ladies working today and i ordered drinks and food. first, they hold the drinks behind the counter until the food is ready which doesn’t make sense to me. they have people making eye contact with their drinks sitting on the counter. my drink was messed up but that was beside the point. secondly, the sandwiches i ordered were cold when i got home and the bread wasn’t properly toasted because my sandwich was soft and soggy. i ordered fries and got calamari instead. not worth the 20 minute wait and...
