Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Texas

This by far was the worst canes I've ever been to. It's sad to say, since I absolutely love canes. My complaint is regarding the staff. The worst customer service I've ever had. My family arrived and ordered after waiting for two others in front of us. The order was a box combo and a caniac. Nothing complicated. The staff seemed distracted. We sat down and waited for some time. I noticed that it was taking a while. So I assumed the order was soon to come out. So I sat on the bench in front of the cashier expecting my food. I was surprised that it was taking a lot more than what it should have. Especially since it was empty. I would have been fine waiting a little longer (although it had been an exaggerated amount of time we had already waited, for just two combos) but the sad part was that it was as if the staff was taunting me as I waited. Going to grab drinks, eating chicken tenders and fries behind the counter. Not caring to say at least once "Your order will come out shortly Sir"... Nothing. The attitude was truly disrespectful. We had to go, since we had a compromise. When we asked to be refunded the manager or shift leader didn't even care to ask us why. He just took out the money and handed it to us almost as if saying "here you go, you can leave now". They clearly demonstrated that they didn't care to please their customers. Went drive thru for 2 combos and 2 kids meals. Was asked to immediately pull forward and park with no cars behind me, which was rather odd. Waited about 5 minutes and watched 3 cars come through with similar sized orders get taken care of and depart. Went inside and had to ask lady at front counter to get my order that was just sitting there because it was apparent the 2 ladies in the drive thru couldn't care less. I give the food 2 stars for being fresh but the bones in the chicken and lack of service couldn't be more disappointing. If you are going to be open on Sunday, find people that want to be there or just close down for the day.

Update 3/10/19: The culture must be horrible inside this place because the employees flat out don't care about getting things right. Ordered 3 combos of which 2 were wrong (even though the receipt was correct) and was told extra sauce was in the bag when I asked (which it wasn't). When I walked in the door, the lady behind the counter tried to hand me the extra sauce without saying a word. When informing that the order was still not correct, no apology or acknowledgement that they screwed up even though it took multiple times to get things right. My experience first time coming here was very horrible I live 40 minutes away from cypress and experience the worst customer service and management ever!!!! Both of my box combos was horrible cold fries and cold tenders soda FLAT !!!! my kids menu only had fries in it no tenders checked as we got down the road couldn’t turn back so I called it in the girl who answered the phone gave me the run arounds offred to remake my food but I didn’t want that I wanted my money back cause THE FOOD WAS TRASH !!! so I asked her could she look up my receipt cause I didn’t receive one I paid with card she said yes then proceeded to give me the run around with a website knowingly I wouldn’t be able to get my refund back that way !! So I call the restaurant back and they hang up the phone in my face twice !! So I call back a third time.
