This Starbucks location lacks consistency. At least 2-4 times a month, this location doesn’t open on time. This location was convenient for me because it’s close to I-45 and because they’re suppose to open at 5am. I visit the location approximately 6 times a week between 0500am-0530am. Today is the last time I will support this business. It appears they have staffing issues for the opening hours. The 4 times I’ve encountered a negative experience was when I was told they didn’t have anyone to open the store. Or, they’re having computer issues. It’s very inconvenient to contact Starbucks customer service and have to ask for a refund because my order is 99% placed in the app. Why allow me to place and order, if you have no staff or issues? Imagine 8 people in line and we had to hear YELLING 8 times someones Name and Drink Order By Name.
Furthermore there is STILL no Area for sugar packets and cream. So you have to HOPE that they make it just how you like it. And NO they do not AND the coffee was only WARM. AND almost $3 buck for a small cup. I think I'm over it. Sadly.
Maybe I can have coffee with my ex and hear her YELL when I'm in the mood for an earache. Gone is the atmosphere of the once beloved Starbucks with laps tops and wifi. What you were really paying for anyway and I was okay with that.

I turn it back to the barista to get it remade and all she does is dump it into a blender and blends it with the whipped cream and and adds more caramel to it which made it 10 times more sweet which made it not drinkable. We ordered on the drive through so we where on the road by the time my wife had a drink and we called to get a refund but the person that answered the phone told us that we could stop at any other Starbucks to get it remade instead of just issuing a refund. Definitely won’t be going back to that location again and I would suggest to anyone that needs a remake to make sure and pay attention to see that you get what you paid for, this drinks are not cheap so the least that we can expect to receive is what we asked for...
