I visited this location on 9/15/2025 around 7:45–8:00 p.m. There were three associates working at the time (two males and one female). The female associate was at the bread station, one male was near the toppings, and the other (with a mustache) was at the register.
When ordering, my mom asked for a specific type of bread, but the wrong one was given. When she clarified, the female associate made an annoyed face and said, “That’s why I asked you which bread.” She continued to act impatiently. When my mom ordered an Italian BMT, the associate asked, “What do you want on it?” My mom, frustrated, reminded her that the Italian BMT is a standard sandwich with specific meats. We explained that we wanted it the way it normally comes, without customizations. A knowledgeable associate should know what proteins come on a menu item without needing the customer to list them out.
At the toppings station, my mom gave her list of veggies and sauces to the male associate with the mustache. Unfortunately, he was distracted because Frankie, had just announced he had “passed” something, and the staff were busy congratulating him and offering him a free pizza. While that was nice, it took their attention away from customers. As a result, the associate only added the last two toppings my mom listed (salt and pepper) and missed the rest. When my mom asked about the red onion, he again used the same dismissive phrase, “That’s why I asked you.” This felt frustrating, especially since he wasn’t listening in the first place.
Overall, both the female associate and the male associate with the mustache repeatedly showed poor customer service by using that phrase instead of owning their mistakes and focusing on the order. My mom and I let it go in the moment, but I did call the manager afterward to share our concerns. He appreciated the feedback and assured me he would address it with the employees involved.
We’ve always preferred this Subway over the one just five minutes away, but after this experience, we left disappointed. Hopefully, improvements are made because this location has...

I tried the new, highly promoted steak n cheese. Eh! Not worth it, imo. I imagined a good steak sandwich, like a Philidelphia cheesesteak. The "steak", if you can call it steak, is a mush in a pan which is scooped onto the bun with an ice cream scooper. But it isn't ground beef. Ground beef might have been an improvement. Not really all that appetizing to watch.
The sandwich tasted about as it sounds, like mush on bread. The bread, an Italian herb n cheese, was actually the best part, by far. To be honest, if I had not known the sandwich was a steak, I doubt I would have ever guessed. The best way to describe the new steak n cheese is: it tastes like nothing. Virtually no taste whatsoever. Very disappointing.
My wife ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich. I tried a bite. That was better. At least it tasted like chicken. And the buffalo sauce isn't bad. Mild. Not too spicey.
We both added lettuce, olives and such. We avoided the tomatoes. They looked as if they had been sitting in the pan a long time.
All in all, not impressed. It seems Subway is investing much more into the ads than actually into their sandwiches.
Some of their old favs are still worthwhile. The meatball sub. Some of their deli subs. But, don't expect too much from their touted new and improved product. Next time, I'll stick to an old favorite.

Read moreThis is the second time we've tried this location and both times the employees have been so rude. The first time was about a month ago. My wife asked for extra olives and the container was almost empty, the attendant put what was left and said "that's all we have". When my wife asked for more mayonnaise, the attendant added just a drop and asked, "is that enough?" Figuring he probably had a bad day we just let it slide, payed, and went home. Today we tried again and a different attendant was making the sandwiches... Same thing, my wife asked for more olives and the attendant said, "That's all I can put", I then entered the conversation and said, "if you need to charge me extra, that's fine, just give her more olives" to which he replied, "I can't, that's all I can put on there, that's actually more than I should have put". Unbelievable!! Is there a shortage of black olives I'm not aware of? We have NEVER had this happen at ANY other SUBWAY and we eat SUBWAY all the time. These attendants are rude and condescending. We will not be returning, which is probably what they wanted to begin with because as we left they were having a good laugh with the man that ordered before us. I guess, from reading other reviews posted, this is the standard for this...
