Been at this place a few times over the years. Today felt i needed to do a review after my experience. I have to say that the food is on par with most locations ive visited on the past as to be expected. But the service not so much. First issue small issue was communication. Bit of a language barrier, took some time to get my order in correctly. If your the kind of person that just picks a combo number and eats. Most likely would have been ok. But start asking to delete or put sauce on the side and be prepared to either get a screwed up order or sign language through it. Recieved my order and then gound both ketchup dispensers down. Waited a few minutes and finally just got some packs provided by staff member. That was nice. Then get about 3 bites into my burger and noticed on my receipt that i was charged for double cheese and on had one slice on my burger. Mentioned this to lady who took my order and she politely said ok and seemed to go amd mention it to kitchen staff. 6 minutes later..... i see same lady going to clean off some tables with the same rag she wiped the top of the trash container with (yes you read that correctly) so i ask whats up with my burger and she says hold on and runs back to kitchen. About 4 minutes layer the lady making food back there comes over to my table holding a container with a slice of cheese on it. About 10 minutes has passed and my food has gone cold and my fries are gone before i see either another slice of cheese or a fresh burger. Wow! Management is not training properly or staff members ahould be replaced. I've been to fast food restaurants all over the country and in different parts of the world for more years then i care to mention. One of 2 things happens when a order gets screwed up. Replace meal or item ASAP. This is the first time ive seen this happen at a fast food place. Read moreI want to preference that I am normally not a Wendy's fan mainly because I think McDonald's breakfast is the best in taste and price/value. Breakfast is the only time I eat fast food. Recently I stopped into this Wendy's as a was mad that McDonald's changed their breakfast sandwich promotion that they had been running on their app. That promo was a $1 breakfast sandwich andd when McDonald's ran it I visited them everyday. Now that they don't - they lost me as a customer until that promo comes back. So I decided to give Wendy's my business for the day. They have a $1.69 Sausage Biscuit and a $1.29 Honey Biscuit (or 2 for $3 which to me is a joke because if you bought both at full price its already $3...so their promo really isn't a promo!). Anyway long story short I found the staff at this location very nice, and its the CLEANISH Wendy's I have ever visited! It was spotless! Ana took my order and Nathalie (not sure if I spelled her name right) brought me my order - andd they were both very nice and professional. They made me feel appreciated as a customer! The food was very good, but my only complaint is Wendy's needs a $1 menu or at least a $2 combo value. deal, or something. McDonald's just has Wendy's beat when it comes to pricing and selection on value breakfast item deals. As much as I would love to give my business to Wendy's in the future and particularly this great staff...I just can't see doing it until they get more competitively priced with their competition. McDonald's is next door and they offer cheaper prices for breakfast sandwiches and a better more app for earning points and getting better pricing. Read moreIf you are a superior for this Wendy’s please read! I stopped by and placed an order around 5:30pm on Monday 7/9/18. When I pulled up to the window the manager was YELLING at an employee. My window was down with my card in hand, their window was open, the manager is about 5 feet from me, but she doesn’t care. She berates this woman for a solid 5 minutes in Spanish and English, then comes to me, no hi or apology for her egregious unprofessionalism, gives me a bag, takes my card and says she still needs one more bag. Now another 7-9 minutes of even WORSE screaming and insults to multiple employees. Something regarding a simple mistake in nobody taking the previous customers money or something. Just horrible degrading comments and insults in two languages that no person should be told. I wanted to tell her something but this lady even intimidated me. She handed me my second bag and I drove off. I got home and not only was I missing a sandwich, I got no receipt! The irony that this lady who was yelling her ass off about someone not getting charged correctly and she doesn’t even give me a receipt! I looked for her name tag but it wasn’t there. She was a Hispanic woman with a very short men’s haircut. Don’t take my word on this, talk to the employees and ask them what happened, I feel so damn sorry for anyone having to work in a hostile workplace like that.
