I rarely come to this Wendy’s but if I do it’s just for the convenience. I usually ask for extra sauces with my nuggets and I never get a extra charge; I asked for 3 extra sauces today and pulled up to the window my partner paid and I read the receipt, I got charged for 2 side jalapeños and I was confused because on the receipt it states that she rung the extra 3 sauces but they had no charge to them so what was the need for the extra charges? I asked the cashier lady (Roxana) she said “that’s the charge for the extra sauces” and then I asked “well wouldn’t they be rung up as the sauces and not jalepenos?” she then repeated “that’s the charge for the extra sauces” and then i repeated “well wouldn’t they be rung up as the sauces and not the jalepenos?” and so then i just said “okay i’ll call later” 20 minutes passing I called 15 times because no one was picking up OR they were answering and then hanging up. I called corporate about the matter they said they’d get back to me. My only thing is yes it’s just 60 cents but it’s the principle of not needing to steal from your customers or at least emphasizing the extra charge. I don’t have a problem paying the 60 cents but if the sauces were rung up and had no charges but you continue to decide to charge me for 2 side jalepenos and when i ask for the jalepenos you don’t want to give me the jalepenos? cause technically i...
Read moreI just went through the drive through here, tonight at 10 pm on 10/08/21. I am seriously pleasantly surprised. I have been to numerous wendys and because I am picky sometimes and have one in particular very complicated order, not only does my food often come out wrong but the person taking the order at every other wendys is usually obviously seriously aggravated by me. But tonight? These ladies were incredible. Both of them. The woman taking my order was clearly incredibly patient and kind and when I apologized for it taking so long and being so complicated, she actually smiled really big (before I apologized she was like this too!) And with the sweetest attitude told me that it was perfectly fine. I have never gotten such amazing customer service from anywhere besides chick fil a like this, and even at chick fil a I've seen worse. To make things better, I checked the food before I left and yeap- my special customer order was EXACTLY the way I requested. Even better? There was almost NO wait time. Probably a max of 2 minutes. Whoever hired these ladies needs to give them a raise, especially the one at the window. I'm highly impressed and glad I chose to go to this one tonight instead of the one on Jones...
Read moreI had one of the worst experiences at this Wendy’s (5000 FM 1960 Rd W, Houston, TX 77069). I ordered through Postmates, and when the food arrived, it was completely wrong and cold. I went to the store to get it fixed, and while the first employee was polite and remade the order, the problems didn’t stop there.
The burgers were still wrong, and we were missing a fry. When we went back to address it, an employee told us, “Well, your burgers are wrong, but there’s nothing we can do about it.” Then the manager came out with an attitude, claiming she packed both fries and accused us of eating them. Instead of listening to us or even checking, she kept repeating that we ate them already and refused to fix anything. She was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional—then she shut and locked the window in our face!
This is completely unacceptable. Mistakes happen, but treating paying customers like liars instead of fixing a simple order is ridiculous. I won’t be coming back, and I don’t recommend anyone else waste their time or money here. If management doesn’t care about customers, this place is...
