Why lie and say you’re going to refund us? We used to love Willie’s but the past few times our experience was terrible. On April 27th we ordered 2 salads for delivery. We had a long day and didn’t feel like picking it up. I called the store and spoke with Peyton and begged him “please don’t forget the ranch, my order is 2 salads.” He assured me there would be ranch in the bag. When we got our food delivered, there was ZERO ranch. I called Peyton back and asked what happened and have someone bring the ranch. He said the delivery driver forgot it, to which I said he was lying because the delivery driver doesn’t put ranch in the bag. The kitchen line does. He put me on with a manager who said we would be refunded for the 2 salads since my husband had to drive up there. Yesterday 5/4 we needed a quick bite so my husband suggested we stop in. Mind you, you order your own food and then seat yourself so the waiter only brings food and checks in from time to time. All of the waitresses were huddled up around this one man’s table for 10-20 minutes at a time. They brought out my food and I still hadn’t got my salad. Nobody checked on us for refills. The girls were just around this one table the whole time, so much so that the kitchen manager had to take care of us and bring us food and refills. Read moreI want to file a complaint on this location. I received terrible customer service due to the representatives attitude. After receiving terrible news in regards to my family I decided to purchase something from Willies at the location near me. She was extremely combative about me asking simple questions about the menu. I did not like her attitude at all. I was nice, kind and my voice tone was extremely acceptable. The representative was absolutely rude. During these times we should be practicing kindness during this pandemic. I decided not to order from this location because I was now in belief that my food may be tampered with or my order will not be taken seriously under health guidelines due to the customer service I received. This is my first complaint that I have ever submitted in my life. And I hate it was a neighborhood restaurant open to the community. This makes me sad. I don’t think I can purchase anything from this location again. I tried to leave a comment on your website for this specific location however I received and error message. I simply tried to place a to-go order and the young lady was being extremely rude. Whoever was answering to-go orders between 1pm-1:30pm is who provided terrible customer service.
