1st let me say that I love Wings n' More but I guess I've been spoiled by the original location in College Station because this place sucked! I tried calling in my order but when I asked for all drums the lady on the phone told me that the upcharge was going to double the price of the wings which is total horsecrap because you can make the same request online & it's only a 10 cent per wing upcharge, not close to $2 dollars a wing! This should have been the red flag I needed but still Placed my order online. Upon arrival I wasn't greeted by anyone and was completely ignored for several minutes. During this time I noticed that no one was there eating which I found very interesting given that it was Sunday with games on. Once I was finally acknowledged I was told to hang on a minute just so she could get back on her phone and finish her text message. Even when she did finally start to help me she wasn't the friendliest person & made me feel like I was putting her out for having to work. When I got home I discovered that the wings were the tiniest little things I've ever seen. I swear I've seen pigeons with beefier legs than these. I should have snapped a picture just for this review but didn't even think about it at the time. On top of being small, they were over cooked & just didn't not taste good. Wings n' More should be ashamed to have this place in their family & I will never be back to this location. Guess WnM will have to be for when I go to College Station only. Read moreVery disappointed with the service I received on December 31,2022 between 7:30pm-8pm. I walked in for service and I was asked if I was picking up or dining in. There was plenty of to go orders coming out the kitchen and there was no signage saying the dining room is closed for service. I was seated by a waitress and I asked could she turn the volume up on the FB game because it was off and I was the only person dining in. She hesitated as if it was a problem (maybe she didn't know how) and then she walked in the back. I heard the staff having a conversation about serving me, I was close by the kitchen entrance and heard there conversation, I was like wow! She came back out with another employee who was shaking her head like no no no at my waitress. I instantly felt like they rather not serve me because I came in to eat instead of picking up a to go order. Then another employee with a black shirt(possibly the cook or mgr) walks out and shakes his head "no" also while looking right at me. I got up and left. On my way out I told the waitress I felt very disrespected. All I wanted to do was watch the National College Football Championship Game and eat some wings and have a beer. Read moreNot worthy of Wings & More logo...stumbled upon location seeking to use a gift card. First red flag as walked in was when asked if I was looking for Subway. Should I be? Got ready to sit at the bar until told there isn’t one. Flag. Ended up seated in tall booth, resembling an office cubicle. Took 15 minutes before server finally approached & took order. Couple tables of teenagers nearby but otherwise pretty empty for lunch time. Another flag. Finally got my wing basket 30 minutes later - 1 drum. Flag! Fries hot & fresh so there’s the 1 Star. It’s now been more than an hour, and as I seek out my server for the check, the manager walks by my table a few times inspecting the area, but not 1 word to me about my meal, my visit, or the service. It was noticeably awkward. Offered my gift card to pay check & told GCs not accepted. Same manager explained they couldn’t accept it because they were a franchise. Aren’t they all?
