I placed an order for a handmade pan pizza, bread bites and a cookie brownie. The order was delivered raw. I called the store and spoke to Scott who tried to inform me that the pizza was raw due to ordering extra sauce and kept cutting me off when I tried to explain that our entire order was raw. He finally offered to remake our order if we picked it up in person. We got our money back and have chosen to never order dominos pizza again. Was an awful experience, I’ve been ordering for years from several locations in multiple states and have never experienced anything like it.
To iterate further- Scott’s behavior on the phone was that of zero positive intent. The moment it was said that all of the food was undercooked, he began to argue that the pizza had to be well done if extra sauce is ordered…which is counterintuitive considering our food was all raw. He was acting like we were just lying to get our money back and keep the food, even after we offered to drive up to the store with the food. We followed through and showed up with each item, and Scott greeted us with even more pretentiousness than what was given on the phone. “I’m the one who DEALT with you on the phone.” I got my money back after stopping him from talking over my wife AGAIN and left feeling the pain of the other employees for having to be under the thumb of someone who takes their pizza career way too seriously.
Shame on you, Scott. Your fake nice attitude might go over some people’s heads but picking and choosing who you take your frustration out on just goes to show you’re not actually a good person at all. You are not any better than anyone else.

If you are trying to order through the app and the app isn’t working properly this store will not honor online pricing. I was trying to order the $7.99 carryout deal and the app was not working correctly. It acted like it would process but would then return to the cart as if you didn’t place the order. I tried this 3 times worried I was actually being charged 3 times for the 1 order. I called to check and they saw it as a pending order but that it hadn’t been finalized. I asked if they could proceed with making it and I pay in store and they said they could but it’d be the regular price (which is over double that amount). They wouldn’t honor the carry out deal even tho the app was having issues. The manager was not willing to just adjust the price to $7.99 and said “there’s nothing I’m able to to.” Seems unlikely that a manager can’t override a price and make the adjustment to help the customer in a situation that is beyond their control and associated to their app. She just didn’t want to do it.
I understand technology has issues, but seems unfair when the customer is penalized for the company’s issues and refuses to do a price match for their own deal and the manager’s response is “there is nothing I can do.”

Today the delivery driver called at 12:46,12:47, and 12:49 and sent a text at 12:48 to let me know his arrival. When I got out of class at 12:55 I informed him I was just getting out of class and would meet him down in the lobby of the school. His reply was "I've had to move on to my next delivery." When calling the delivery driver, he informed me he had been waiting for over 15 minutes in the parking lot for me and that the security guard was telling him to move (PARK YA CAR). He informed me that he now had other deliveries to make because they were very busy and can't promise the delivery will be on time and that he would be back at 1:10. What is the point of having a 1 pm delivery if your drivers show up 15 minutes early and harass you about not being able to meet them until the delivery time? Extremely poor customer service and an incredibly rude delivery driver. We are weekly customers and have never had this type of issue before when having pizza ordered. Manager at the store was incredibly unhelpful and just said "sorry" and said she would have someone else come deliver the pizza (which was sitting at the store getting cold).
