Well let’s start with , as we approach the door we see a manager of some sort coming out and unlocking the door. We ask are you closed ? He answers “ it was , but opening again, weird 8ish pm , anyways place an order for a Dave’s double and a taco salad, a Coke with the meal. After we pay, the cashier informs us that they don’t have fountain drink, so we replace it with a lemonade that’s fine, we go sit down without order I’m looking at my salad looking for the tacos ,nowhere to be found. I go to the cashier and let her know there were no tacos in my salad she replies it doesn’t come with tacos ,laughable I told her why is it called a taco salad then if it doesn’t come with tacos she turns around quickly and goes to the kitchen area and I guess tells the manager that I didn’t get any tacos in my salad. Manager comes to the front and tells me oh they didn’t let you know we ran out of tacos. I’m like flabbergasted. This is such horrible customer service then he tells me do you want me to replace it with something else I’m like no thank you.
So needless to say, I will not be returning to that location manager had no customer service whatsoever didn’t even apologize. Read moreSunday before Memorial Day, we were traveling back from Dallas and stopped to get us a meal first. The inside was empty, and only one car on drive true, second 3 employees were sitting on the dining room just talking so finally when they saw us approaching the counter all of them went to the kitchen and one of them call the supervisor for help to open the register and look like another teenager trying to be friend with them instead of a Lider jeweler all over showing we order and wait for about 15 min for the food they bring it to us and it's cold so I bring the taco back to them to asked them to place it on the grill so at least a get a warm taco all of them where on the back so i wait for the help and finally when they come to help me my husband informed me the his burger was also cold and dry meat so we ask for the refund and when the teenager manager come to that front I ask for the refund so we can go eat something else instead and he was about to give us only a refund for a burger and taco nit for the whole order until I told him the it should be all and told him the fries and soda was on the table to He finally did give us the refund and didn't...
Read moreWent through the drive thru tonight got a party pack of the saucy nuggets. I figured it might be a minute for the staff to get that ready so when the woman asked me to pull forward to wait for the food I said no problem. After over 15 minutes of sitting there I walk into the "restaurant" and see all the staff members cleaning. When I asked about my food no one could tell me why it had not been made. The male in there remembered me from the drive thru and said "man I thought you already got that give me a minute." When I asked the woman what happened all she offered me was a "my bad" When I asked what would have happened if I would have continued to wait and not came inside, she said " I said my bad". I asked if she was in charge she said no when I asked for a supervisor she just walked away and laughed at my request.
