Deli House — Restaurant in Tifton

First and foremost the food here is outstanding. I order the philly cheese steak sandwich and it was quite literally the best philly I've ever had. Incomparable to anything else in the area. I also tried the chicken sandwich, with garlic parmesan seasoning. The chicken was moist and flavorful, the sauce was amazing, and everything was seasoned perfectly. I definitely will be trying the wings and very much recommend this place to everyone in the area. The service was great, the cashier was very friendly and helpful with the menu. Refills do cost a dollar, which for a local place I understand. Still slightly annoying. Other than that service was awesome. The atmosphere is nice. We were driving from Atlanta to south GA and stopped in Tifton for a late lunch. Googling places to eat presented us with one chain after another. Looking for a more local option we happened upon Deli House. The menu has some interesting items and after much discussion we chose a falafel plate & a chicken gyro. Both were a very pleasant surprise. The falafel was well seasoned & cooked perfectly & the chicken gyro was also delicious again with well seasoned chicken & yummy taziki sauce. I've heard lots of chatter about this place and wanted to try it for myself. The place was pretty clean and inviting. The customer service was pretty good. The food wasn't good to me.
