If I could give this Red Lobster no stars I would. Worst dining experience I've had in a very long time!! My boyfriend and I went in around 6:30 and our waiter was Steven B. At first we got the impression he was new but that quickly turned into "lack of training/care." When he brought our drinks he spilled my boyfriend's water on the table and the only thing he said about that was "Sorry, but y'all are probably about to make a bigger mess on the table than that." No joke. Then, I ordered a bowl of the clam chowder and my boyfriend ordered the lobster bisque for appetizers. The clams in my soup were so rubbery they tasted fake. No flavor in the soup. My boyfriend said the lobster bisque was 75% oil. Also not to mention, Steven didn't bring us spoons to eat our soup with and had to chase him down to get them. For our entree's I ordered the crab linguine alfredo and Steven told me that comes with a side and a salad. My boyfriend ordered the lobster linguine alfredo and he asked Steven again did that come with a side, Steven said yes. Just checked the reciept and he charged us extra for both of our sides. When we recieved our food both the lobster and crab were very very rubbery, the noodles were under done, the sauce was more oil than anything. My boyfriends silverware was sticky with something red all over it as well as the napkin it was wrapped with. Steven came back to check on us and said "Y'all holla at me if you need anything." Not kidding. Biscuits were the only good thing about the meal. We were stopping by on our way back from vacation. Very disappointed in our experience at this location. Would recommend finding another location if you want even decent...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHorrible experience last night for dinner. The food was alright, but the service was terrible. First off, they gave us plastic spoons and forks......I expect real utensils if I'm about to pay $20-30 per entree. We ordered their new seafood boils and received NO extra napkins besides the tiny napkin that came with the disposable utensil packs nor utensil to crack the crab leg. Luckily I keep extra napkins in my purse all the time. We sat there for 30 minutes before we even got the biscuits and probably another 20-30 minutes after that for our food. Waitress never came to the table besides when bringing the food, and we weren't able to address an issue with my order. I ordered the crab legs ('Crab Your Way, $30) which is only supposed to be a pound of crab served with some fried potatoes. I didn't finish opening the boil bag until the waitress left, only to find that it had shrimp, boiled potatoes, and corn in addition to the crab. Found out once the check came that she charged me for the 'Mariners Seafood Boil' $43, except that was supposed to come with lobster tail and I didn't even receive the lobster. So that was a $13 mistake and I didn't even get all the food she charged me for. We sat there so long after we finished eating that I had to go find the manager to ask for a to-go box and our check. We were there for over an hour and half. Plenty of workers sitting in booths and not very friendly either. Our waitress was friendly, but did not come to the table often enough. Only to take our order and deliver food and eventually the check, which I had...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe had no wait on Motherās Day ( which should have been a warning). We were greeted politely and promptly seated with a table for nine. So great job to hostess and waitress who quickly came for drink orders and got them all right. The place was clean and the waitress was doing her best as the evening progressed, but the kitchen was obviously not well run. The food for our table came out over an hour and a half period. Soup was cold had to be returned to be heated. The biscuits were spot on and side salads were good and came out fairly timely with the appetizer cheese sticks. It was a long wait after that for the first three to get their entrees. One person just had a dinner salad and didnāt receive it until 30 minutes after half the table had their food. The rest of the table didnāt get their food for another 15-30 minutes. Then after we were done eating our entrees, out came our baked potatoes , which we had to just send back because we needed to go. The elderly and children were fading fast due to the extensive delay in receiving food. Once received, the food was ok. Crab was cooked well, but the fish n chips was hard fish, not flaky. The shrimp your ways were ok and the chicken Cajun...
