I stopped at Hardee’s in Tifton Georgia this morning and got into the drive-through at 10:15 and there were two vehicles ahead of me. By the time I finally got to the speaker it was 10:29 AM. I was asked for my order and started to give it and was told hole please and no one returned until five minutes later to take my order. I ordered a cinnamon raisin biscuit and a biscuit and gravy and a small ice water. The biscuit was so dry and the biscuit itself was not a golden color. It was absolutely brown throughout. You could hardly distinguish the raisins from the biscuit. It looked like it had been baked yesterday and reheated again today . The lady at the window I believe she had a manager or assistant manager tag was wonderful. She apologized, and she was kind. She looked and acted very stressed. I understand staffing shortages, but this poor woman was worked beyond relief. I am sad to say that I will not visit this location again. waiting in line that long and then having to wait again to place an order it’s not how a drive-through operates. There were vehicles behind me that eventually pulled out and left without ever placing an order. Again, the lady at the window was fantastic. The lack of preparation and professionalism at this Hardee’s is unbelievable.
We pulled into the parking lot ready to grab some food, only to watch an employee walk from behind the counter and lock the front doors as we were getting out of the car. No explanation, no signage—just locked it with customers still inside.
Still trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, we drove around to the drive-thru and attempted to ask a few basic questions. The employee responded with short, one-word answers—like we were inconveniencing them just by ordering food. The attitude was dismissive and unwelcoming.
We then tried to place an order for 20 chicken tenders and were told they only had 15 left. This was a full hour before closing. How does a restaurant run out of something that basic, that early? That’s not just poor planning—it’s bad business.
To the owner: this is exactly how both new and loyal customers are lost, and how profits disappear. Your staff either isn’t trained, doesn’t care, or both—and it shows.
To potential customers: don’t waste your time, money, or patience. There are plenty of other places that are actually prepared and willing to serve you. This Hardee’s location clearly isn’t...

Got to the window had to wait again and had to repeat again. Waited 5 minutes and was asked to pull around to the side.,waited 20 minutes and then went in. Saw a lady in the kitchen area the order taker and a woman with a clipboard. Not a sole talked to me. I asked about my order and no one answered the lady at the kitchen was not doing a thing. After at least 10 more minutes and three more requests I was finally handed my meal but no the drink. They just looked at me. The lady with the clipboard finally told the counter person it was her responsibility after a few minutes more I was handed my drink. I left and later opened my takeout and found a mess.
