Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Tifton

This was my first time attending to the quenching of my hunger at a CFA and I must say that I was not disappointed! First of all the drive through line was packed, the seating area was packed and the inside til was very busy. I was waiting and suddenly from my right a soft voice said” I can help you at this til.” The attendant had come from behind the Til and had spoken to me to approach. She took our massive order for 5 and proceeded to instruct us on how to wait for our order. Well done and a very lovely experience for our first visit. The food was excellent. I will not elaborate here to keep you from slobbering. I will say that it was very good. It’s chicken! I mean really good chicken and there was some bacon on top. Oh I had better stop. I see what’s happening here. Anyways, after eating, an attendant came by and offered to take up our trays full of the devastation that remained after such a feast. Yes sir, here we are at a fast food diner and someone comes by and picks up our trays! Talk about service. Makes you feel like royalty. Never seen anywhere else. We came through on a Saturday (6/30/18) at 1:30. The line was all the way around the parking lot, almost to the entrance. There was literally ONE parking spot available. We chose the drive thru. As soon as we got in line, my youngest had to use the restroom, so I (being in the passenger seat) hopped out with him to run inside. Y'all, this place was a mad house. Line to the door, line for the bathroom almost as long. Somehow we were relatively in and out. Very clean bathrooms! By the time we got back outside the line had moved so quickly, my husband was almost to the speaker! Except, they had about five people walking around outside taking orders to expedite the process. They knew each name and vehicle. What would've taken ANY other fast food place 45 minutes easily, took this well oiled machine maybe 15. We ordered 3 chicken sandwiches, ended up with 4, everything else was correct. And the people working outside acted like it was a perfect springtime day. It was easily 85°, with cars' hot engines. Probably the worst CFA we've ever been to. We love Chick fil a but this particular location had dirty bathrooms and slow service. The worker walked around the whole restaurant with our food. I asked her if it was ours and named off the items we ordered. She said it was for a different name. So she continued to walk around and finally set down the food on the counter when she couldn't find the owner. My husband was standing at the counter waiting for our food. So I walked up to the counter. We dug into our wallet to find our receipt and confirmed it was indeed ours. After expressing to the manager that the food was probably cold by now, the manager assured me it was not. I walked back to our table and discovered everything was cold. Went back, waited for fresh food. Went back to the table and they gave us a fried nugget kids meal instead of a grilled. Turns out the girl inputed it incorrectly. So again I had to wait for the correct items. We will still frequent CFA but this location needs to step...
