The very first stay here Katie made a lasting impression on me. I had never been to the town nor the hotel. I was coming in for business and I was tired. She greeted me when the slide doors opened. Great smile clean attire and most of all she was happy to be at work and to assist me promptly. I was unaware of sparks locations, hilton slid this one in on me. The lobby was so crisp I thought that they were preparing for a commercial shoot. Not one dust mite in sight. I was in aww and taking it all in.. I love how fresh the complementary drink area looked and full and stocked it was. The Katie informed me further more about spark. LOVE people that have product knowledge without looking. She took the time to educate me about spark. She is truly a brand ambassador. The she went further to offer me the 1k point package and was able to apply it for me while properly educating me on the difference in the rate after adding the package. I was so so so happy she told me about it because I ended up with a lot of points. Then she gathered my information smoothly and quickly, the level of professionalism is second to non. And I have more people to praise for sure... she is the reason I returned!!!! After checking in i loved that there are two parts to the parking lot. The parking lot is so nicely organized. If I can give any advice upon coming through the light the location is in a slightly tight spot park under the covered small arra in front of slide doors. After you check in move your vehicle and park on the back side which you can ¹access from the lobby after you park. Parking spaces are big and this is a very well maintained parking lot. Spot lights are everywhere, no access to this building without a key. Very safe and easy access to the highway and downtown. Next, I got the chance to me Tiffany, and Tonya, these two ladies made sure my room was in tip top shape and I had everything I needed. They also both educated me that in order to clean my room i had to be out of it. So I would not miss the clean the asked what time would I leave so they can get it done. They also looked so happy to be at work. The energy and kindness and every single staff member had the same kindness and ambassadors for spark by hilton. The two ladies also looked so crisp and clean and represented the brand in the most warm southern way. Now after my minor surgery I returned to the hotel to see Jessica at the desk. She informed me that there are no microwave ls in the room. They do have a community one that is high grade and in the shop area near slide doors. She also wore a smile and dressed crisp and represented the brand well. This is a review from the 1st stay. More to come. The management here is doing something right. Read moreWe planned a family vacation and picked this place as where we would stop for the night. They offered a room with a pull out bed which we needed a room with 3 beds and that was hard to find. So good worked great. We also knew that we would be tired from driving all day about 15 hours and having a prior reservation would be helpful after a long day! I received an email that said i could check in early to save time and make any requests. Which i did. I requested for the sofa bed to ready to be slept on, extra pillows,a blanket, and towels. When we arrived check in went fine. We got up to the room. I go to pull the bed out and there's food and stains all over the bed and inside the pull out bed. Absolutely disgusting. So we get our stuff and go to the front desk. Where we are told there aren't any other rooms like that clean. Over 30 minutes it took for a cot to be given to us. So much hassle and our time wasted because of a nasty bed that wasn't clean and rooms that weren't clean. I have a men injury and after driving all day this was the last thing i wanted to deal with. The toilet paper in the bathroom was wet then dried. There are multiple bugs in the lobby. Hilton acts like being a member and choosing their hotel over other hotels means you will get a better quality room and service, but it Absolutely doesn't happen. Read moreThis was our first stay at this new Hilton brand location. It wasn't that long ago that it was a Days Inn, I believe. We rented the room because we understood it was clean and inexpensive. As Hilton Honors members, we like staying in Hilton brands that offer all the amenities in the world, but also enjoy staying in a place that is just a clean place to lay our head. This is that place! The room was a lot larger than we had expected. The beds were nice and fresh, and the mattresses felt relatively new. Good showers. The setup of the bathroom sink not being in the bathroom was kinda weird. With a basic hotel, do not expect a hot breakfast but rather a continental breakfast made up primarily of muffins, bagels, and juices. The service was lacking, but not because of the staff. I tried several times to do an online check in. It never worked. So I had to go to the counter to check in, but for a good 10 minutes, there was no one there. The only attendant had stepped away to help another customer. I even tried to call the number to the hotel, but no one was there to answer. Overall, clean and inexpensive stay.
