IHOP — Restaurant in Tigard

Was the smallest Ihop my husband and I have ever been to, they did have a little bit of extra seating outside. Upon entering we didnt wait long to be seated by our server. I got the 2x2x2 Blueberry pancakes eggs bacon sausage, my husband ordered the country fried steak hashbrowns eggs: eggs were undercooked, the blueberry pancakes only had one section of the pancake with them which those could've been made better, the hash brown and steak were decent. The manager on at the time "Tammy" brought out our food in a rudely manner, rude about how I had asked for the blueberry topping on the side instead of on top as it is too much for me, rudely placing the plates on the table plus the attitude when my husband nicely corrected her on our order. As she took the wrong plates back the atmosphere was so quiet we could hear her slamming them in the kitchen. Our server Makia however, was amazing and made our visit at this Ihop somewhat worth it as he apologized for the order mixup, got us everything we needed, checked up on us all at the same time he was sitting others who walked in, taking others orders and doing the payments for other tables. Welcome to the first new IHOP in Tigard/Lake Oswego. Just opened 3 weeks ago and the location is immaculately clean. They have great small breakfast specials for under $10. A seniors menu, and all of the classic IHOP delights. They recently revamped the menu a year or so ago, and IHOP has a nice variety of things to choose from. They do breakfast, lunch, and even dinner if you want it. I was greeted by nice and friendly staff, seated quickly and offered some nice specialties. They have All the fun fruit syrups and delicious breakfast treats!

If you’re in the area, haven’t been to an IHOP in a while, or just want to dive into a stack of pancakes or Eggs and bacon and toast! This spot has it all.

Don’t be afraid to dive into the food/fun!

They have a great new $7 “house faves” menu which is fun to pick 2 and make it into a nice big breakfast.

Bad, very bad service, very unpleasant and disappointing, especially from Mrs. Berlin, they sold us the food but did not want to make us our coffee or a drink, their excuse was that they had them available until the next day and when we asked for a soda, her excuse was that they had already turned off the machine, what a disappointment from this restaurant, too bad it was my favorite but with the treatment of this lady I would never recommend, nor will I return, the clients come and deserve to be treated with kindness, we are going to pay to be served what we need, it is a shame they are earning money supposedly for the hour they are working but they are not doing their job as it should be, this is disappointing, the only star I give is for the person who was making the food, but I ask the managers to check this lady, she makes the restaurant...
