Today was my first time in, and I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately my experience left me disappointed. From the moment I walked in, I didn’t feel welcomed or valued as a customer. The service felt dismissive, and rather than being helpful or knowledgeable.
For a specialty wine shop, I expected more warmth, guidance, or at the very least, basic courtesy. Instead, I left feeling like my presence was more of an inconvenience than anything else.

Read moreThis is a WONDERFUL local find. They'll do whatever you want - a glass, or pouring a glass from a bottle you buy and recorking it for the ride home. Tables to sit and talk - even privately. But they take the read from you. Those who commented "terrible service" probably indicated they wanted to be left alone. Some people just come into Sip d'Vine for the art gallery - and the owner is not pushy. So, just think about a laid-back friend who is happy to give you all the attention and information you want, but you need to ask; because next time, you may want to be left alone. The easy, intelligent camaraderie of the regulars and the owner make this a cool spot when you don't want to sit alone with your phone at some overpriced, corporate bar that would have TV sports blaring in the background.
