Here is another update ! On Sunday, I gave this Taco Bell another chance. I specifically ordered one of my items without tomatoes and another one without creamy jalapeno sauce. Those items still appeared on my food. This Taco Bell has now three strikes against it from me and just like in baseball, three strikes and you are out! Taco Bell you're not even batting 500. How tough can it be to subtract one item from a breakfast burrito and one item from a Cheesy bean and rice burrito? Taco Bell, head for the showers and then you're getting demoted to the minors. Update from previous five star review just last week. I just deleted that five-star interview to post this one. Woman with the thumb ring and fancy fingernails at the drive-thru window was absolutely terrible. Double charged me for stuff, my order was completely wrong even though I had to repeat it to her at least four times on the intercom, and then she assured me my whole order was correct and in the bag. It was not so I had to pull around to the front and wait for the rest of my order to be prepared. I came home with four burritos drenched in jalapeno sauce and bacon which I specifically did not order. She kept asking me what flavor burrito I wanted, what flavor!, and finally had to get someone to come to the cash register to try to correct everything but I still got overcharged and I still got stuff I did not order. Weekday crew is good Saturday crew is not. That is just my opinion, which I was happy to share with corporate customer service. If you're going to buy food at this Taco Bell make sure it's not on a Saturday morning when that...
Read moreI WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. Totally rude people behind the counter. Upon attempting to place our order we were informed that we had to place our order on the little kiosk type setup in the lobby. So we did but an item we normally get could not be found. We asked if they had it and grudgingly she said we had to order that at the counter. So we placed our order in the two separate locations. While eating our meal one of the male employees went on break and sat at the table right beside ours. Mind you, we are the ONLY people in the dining area, he could have set anywhere. So he begins listening to his phone at full volume. I asked him to please turn it down, not off, just down. He did for about 30 seconds. We had just finished our meal and decided to leave. I stopped at the counter and complained about the employee sitting next to us. Mind you, I stood waiting at the counter for a few minutes and was totally ignored until I walked to the open area that leads behind the counter when some lady quickly blocked my path. I asked for the manager, she spoke in Spanish to her co worker but stayed blocking the path. After repeating my demand to speak with a manager I was told the manager could not be found. She told me the manager must have left. By this time I was beyond furious and walked out before I really lost my temper. I'm sure the kid on break playing his phone right beside us was a tactic to get us to leave the restaurant for some reason. Regardless, I've never dealt with a more rude group of employees. Yes, group. It was beyond obvious they were all...
Read moreI've lived with this Taco Bell for 23 years of my life! While I know fast food places all have their issues with language barriers and wrong orders, this one has the most issues and I tend to stay away unless I am REALLY craving it. Language barrier is probably the most frequent issue I've had... But most annoying of all is it seems they are always "out" of something on the menu. Mostly the desserts are not available. Multiple occasions they are out of Baja Blast. It happens way too frequently that I wonder if they are just saying they're out so they don't have to make it. At night after 10pm there's always issues. 9/10 times the order is wrong or missing things. One time all the crunchy tacos we're smashed. At one visit me and my husband we're sure everyone in the building were on drugs because of the way they were acting. It was like a party was going on and they didn't want to be bothered. More than that the person taking the order was slurring words and giggling for no reason, and couldn't seem to stand still. He was talking with another co-worker and both were giggling. It just seemed really really strange. That was months ago and we haven't had a issue that bad since, but that may be because we don't go there after dark anymore. I half wondered if they did something to our food based on the way they were acting. The restrooms inside we're disgusting every single time I ever used one. The drive through has a lot of potholes and it's very narrow. I've been to other Taco Bells and never had any experiences quite like the ones...
