At this particular location, the staff seem to lack proper training and are burdened with personal issues that prevent them from understanding they represent Chipotle, not own it.
It's imperative they adhere to standard protocols for serving paying customers, ensuring fair portions and quality service. However, I've noticed a discrepancy; they sometimes rush through orders while still charging full price.
The team preparing the food appears to be inconsistent, perhaps influenced more by mood than by measuring standards. Despite my request for moderation with rice and beans, I consistently receive meager portions of meat and an overflowing bowl of fillers.
This isn't my first encounter with such issues at this location. Despite a hiatus, it seems little has changed, suggesting a deeper organizational problem lying with management or training.
Employees must understand that customers expect value for their money. Paying close to $15 for a meal only to receive insufficient portions feels like deception.
Chipotle has clear guidelines, even providing measurement cups for accurate servings. It's frustrating to pay full price and still feel shortchanged due to an employee's whims or lack of training.
Furthermore, it's disheartening to notice biases in service. If a female customer is served by a male employee, they may receive more generous portions, while a male may be shortchanged. These types of emotional service practice needs to be addressed
Also, all employees should have name tags so the customer may have concerns they can address it with their name.
Moving forward, I intend to document my experiences and share them on with other customers and post these incidents where is necessary . Also, I will be collecting feed back from other customers to document what has been happening during their interaction at this location. A good paying customers does not have to go through these types of incidents and we have to take our time to address your faults. A quality assurance team need to audit the location more often . It's crucial for Chipotle to address these issues and ensure consistent, fair treatment for...
Read morelast night I came to chipotle to order my dinner and when I got to be the next in line I smiled at the associate and he just looked at me and I explained what I would like, he then started making the rice and when he said they didn't have the honey chipotle chicken yet and would be 5 min, I told him I would go to the back of the line and wait no problem. When I got back to the front again, I asked for my meal: super easy white rice, little black bean, and chipotle honey chicken. It was a woman this time and the boy who had started to help me 20 minutes earlier said that he had already made my rice and that she should use that. I kindly disagreed and said it had been sitting there for 20 minutes or more, and he looked at me and started laughing, saying he didn't care, that was what I was going to get. So the lady went and got the manager. The manager came out and started to help me. The boy then started to make eye contact with me and told me that I couldn't do anything to him and that he didn't care. The gentleman in line before me that the boy was helping, asked him why he was being rude to the customers and he said "because I can and you don't matter to me" he then looked at me and started laughing. I am a pretty nice person but his taunting of me, really made me mad. I explained to the manager what had happened and he said "sorry, boys". Regardless I won't be coming back as I won't be treated poorly while paying money to an establishment for food. The gentleman in front of me was fuming on how they were treating their customers but no one listened to him. Rude staff really will take a place down. And it starts at the top. This isn't the first complaint that I have seen for this location in the last couple of months....there are many and most all say the same, the employees are rude to the customers. I wanted to reach out to let you know why you have lost a long time customer. So sad as I really like your bowls but won't be treated poorly while handing you my hard earned money.
I would have named names in this but they don't...
Read moreThe female Mexican employees at the Louetta Road location are extremely rude and racist. I am never greeted properly with a smile in the same way other customers are greeted. The employees always intentionally give me smaller portion sizes. Today I visited the Louetta Road location again, against my better judgement. I was hoping that the customer service had improved however once again I received the same bad service. On a previous visit months ago, I was greeted in the same rude manner. Although I was the only customer placing order, I had to wait a long time for someone to make one burrito. Then I had to wait a long time again for someone to ring up my order. I was completely shocked when the person who finally arrived to ring up my order made me wait until she got off her cell phone. On another visit, two female Mexican employees started smirking at me as I approached the counter to place my order. They were so childish and disrespectful. Today is the final straw. I will no longer purchase anything else from this location. Three consecutive bad experiences are enough.
To make matters worse. Chipotle want you to let them know how they are doing by completing the feedback survey. The survey is a joke and a waste of time. Most surveys typically ask if you want to be contacted about your experience or at least provide a customer service telephone number. Also, most surveys request a personal email address. Chipotle does none of those things. Once you hit the “submit” button you will receive a message simply thanking you for your feedback. There is no way to know whether your concerns are reviewed by anyone. Which lead me to believe Chipotle really don’t care what their...
